I dont see any problems if a site do directly offer multi-type of games that had or can be seen already in the market as long they do execute or plan it well then that what matter most.

Most of the time sites will be perfectly developed and implemented without flaws. Due to lack of funding and promotion it goes as a scam. Thats the reason why I suggested to concentrate on a single game and further at specific time interval making new launches will serve as a promotion and will help them meet the financial needs for the success with ease than implementing everything on launch. I'm not against the plan of the team, my suggestion is only when there is some lagging due to fund.

I think it would be better if you have posted a complete detail about your site including your promotions and bonuses, especially for new users. As you know, gamblers are now skeptical in choosing a site so you should make sure that you have a good reputation to catch and attract more players. It is not surprising at all if it is checked as plagiarism because the site is using a gambling script from a developer named "FinancialTechnology"
As you all can check at codecanyon
This script's number of sales is 420 so I'm very sure that these 420 buyers/sites has exactly the same Terms of Use, the same design (at least similar as it can be modified) and other similarities.
All in all, it will be just another failed gambling site, 100% sure about it.
