I'll fund a loan in the amount of $8000BTC (1.847BTC at current rate on poloniex ) to a29654  (u=840733)

Loan amount: 8,000 usd in BTC
Interest: 10% a month
Loan term: ~3 1/2 months
Collateral: waves (150%)

Terms:
BTC loan pegged to usd amount (in other words borrowing usd in BTC).
If collateral is goes higher than 175% of loan excess will be returned.
Liquidation at 110%, I will be informed once it reaches 120% and have te option to add more collateral


The terms of the loan:
In the event that the value of the collateral falls below 110% of the principle then I would have the right (but not obligation) to sell the collateral at the best available price, as quickly as possible. (After gives a chance add additional collateral)
In the case that I am not able to sell the collateral for an amount enough to cover the principle plus interest then  a29654   would owe me the difference

Message:I am ranochigo and today is 10/8/2017.
As discussed in the PM, I am requesting a 0.5BTC loan for a maximum of 6 months.
The minimum length of the loan will be a month.
The interest of the loan will be 8% per month, simple interest. Interest will be expected to be paid at the 10th of every month, to an address provided by the lender prior to the repayment of interest.
Zazarb can recall the loan at any point of time, after the initial first month, with a 72 hour notice being given to me. The interest for that month will be pro-rated and will be reduced by 1/4.
I can repay the loan fully at any point of time, after the initial first month, with a 48 hours notice given prior to repayment, with the interest pro-rated without any deduction.
For the final period of the loan at 10/2/2018, 0.5BTC+0.04BTC will be repayed to Zazarb, if the loan is not recalled prior to that date.
The loan will not be tied to the Bitcoin value in fiat.
The conditions of the loan as stated above will be strictly followed, unless an agreement can be made between the both of us.
