The terms of the loan:
In the event that the value of the collateral falls below 110% of the principle then I would have the right (but not obligation) to sell the collateral at the best available price, as quickly as possible. (After gives a chance add additional collateral)
In the case that I am not able to sell the collateral for an amount enough to cover the principle plus interest then Dahman El_Harrachi    would owe me the difference.

Collateral funds secured on the binance exchange and I will not be responsible for any losses that occurred because of a fault other than my own.

Yes, sir. I do not want to liquidate yet as I believe in a price increase is imminent. So is the with the same coin and i would like to apply similar assets
