No there is no pre-mine. However, after the core update, 25K blocks will be mined with a reward of 50 ZOI (12.5 for miners & 37.5 for development fund). We need to do this for further development, and it has been decided by the community during a vote.

Yeah its amazing that basically only cryptopia volume is generating such an increase in price. 1 or 2 more exchanges like mercatox and kucoin could do a lot.

zoin.netabuse.net is the best pool I've seen, since it pays double what jkpool pays, but its administrators don't care if it works or not.
Jkpool must lower the stratum difficulty to make it more profitable.

Believe me we do care. However, our moderators / pool dev just became a father.
