The coindice script has what I would call an 'error' in it. The way it is written will allow someone to win more than the bank has, and after that happens, people will start getting this message you show.

Considering your ownership status of the site, it is still your responsibility to pay back those who were scammed regardless of your partnership situation. I will remove the negative trust I've placed on you after this is done.
Speaker and Zokdice are scammers until they refund the money deposited on the site. Speaker is more indirectly involved but still just as liable for being the promoter of the site. I have emailed the owner twice with no response so it looks like the btc is gone. Now I will simply ensure people know Speaker is a scammer until he refunds me or makes a new account. Thanks.
