I would nee first the password so I can verify his claim and, then when he apologize about the insults I will refund not before that is my final word.

What would you say if i buy xy from you, and It will stop working and my refund request is like this :

Hey you fucking scammer refund me my money, Would you like that ?

Funny you should say that. I'm dealing with rude customers almost daily. Never the tone of the complaint has swayed me, I'm only paying attention to the contents. I can't imagine a situation where I would demand an apology before honoring my side of the deal. Besides 99% of them calm down after a few words anyway.

Ask for the password, verify the claim, issue a refund if the account is not working. Forget the apology and move on. Be the adult in this situation.

I think what happens here is something that can be resolved amicably. In as much that I won't want to encourage rude behavior but you could have just given him his refund and avoid this unnecessary publicity ... my opinion though

Let me reiterate what I meant, if the buyer apoligised for being rude and decided to discuss the problem in a civil manner and his account indeed was not working, then I would refund them.

Try walking in to a bank and abusing the teller and demanding your money back without being civil and see how far you get  Wink

The account stopped working after a day.It is mentioned in your terms and conditions that you won't refund the money if someone doesn't report the accounts stability in a specific period of time ? Maybe he was busy ? Maybe he didn't bother checking the forum ?

Why he directly insulted me and even continue to insult me by quotes like I will destroy your sales, That's something I can not accept and I will only refund him when he can explain me the 2 asked questions

If I was a  seller and I got a rude message from buyer demanding a refund, I also wouldn't refund them.

Neither of those two reasons can justify taking money for something you didn't deliver. Insulted? Grow a thicker skin if you want to stay in business. Customer didn't complain immediately? Offer a prorated refund, but honestly for the amount of money involved and the time you're spending arguing this you might as well refund it in full and move on.

That's assuming the account actually stopped working. Did you verify that?

Lol this isn't your topic.  Just sayin'.  Also, Kenr is right to be accusatory.   What CC details do you use for the trial memberships?  Are those cracked?

I use my IBAN from MY BANK and where i claimed that I do use a CC?

I bought a Netflix account from Zoomer about 4 days ago and it is still working perfectly.

If I was a  seller and I got a rude message from buyer demanding a refund, I also wouldn't refund them.

My account is NOT hacked or cracked, it is my own account.

Bought an account and worked for 1 day . When i complained he more or less said I was lying . WTF ? ?  Why would I lie over $1.50 ?

Guy called ZOOMER is scamming people with Netflix accounts and other crap he can sell .

ALL his posts are self moderating and he removes everything negative which is a LOT ! !

He has told me he wont refund me after my account stopped working after ONE day .

Just putting this here to let people know .
