no miner, no precompilled wallet, new algo... dev suggests make the GPU miner independently... and no premine but bounty will be... I think devs allready have a private GPU miner and much rigs power ... SCAM

CPU-friendly without GPU miner probably means botnet-mining coin, seems not very interesting at least for now.
Also the absence of compiled wallets and ready pools looks like it will be not the miner-friendly coin.
