You are saying the Pakistan women cricket team is not playing well. But I will say Men Cricket team performance is also not admirable. Recently you see how they played against Ireland team. It means on both teams Men and Women cricket teams Pakistan Cricket Board needs to focus. The condition of Pakistan Women team is more worse as compare to Men team. Like we can see that they have lost two consecutive T20I series one from West Indies Women team and second is from England Women team. I hope they will do well in ODI format but chances are rare. So let's wait for series start.

I do not think there is going to be any improvement with the Pakistan women’s team. Because the England women’s team is leaps and bounds better compared to them. So I do not expect anything special from the Pakistan women’s team.

About Pakistan men’s team not doing well, yes I agree that Pakistan men’s team are also not doing as well as we expect them to be. But I am definitely more hopeful about the men’s team. And I think at the end of the day it comes down to all the problems that Pakistan is facing in their country. When there are so many problems going on in the country, it is actually very hard to even ask the country to do well in cricket. Except from Afghanistan I guess, they are the exception.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the Pakistan women's team. Apart from a handful of players, others doesn't have any experience of playing under SENA conditions. And as far as infrastructure and domestic setup is concerned, England is miles ahead of Pakistan. England has a well set domestic system and they have the women's Hundred. On the other hand, Pakistan doesn't even have a proper first class competition for women and they are still debating whether they need the women's PSL.

You are saying the Pakistan women cricket team is not playing well. But I will say Men Cricket team performance is also not admirable. Recently you see how they played against Ireland team. It means on both teams Men and Women cricket teams Pakistan Cricket Board needs to focus. The condition of Pakistan Women team is more worse as compare to Men team. Like we can see that they have lost two consecutive T20I series one from West Indies Women team and second is from England Women team. I hope they will do well in ODI format but chances are rare. It looks like PCB is not much interested in improving women cricket since it can't generate much revenue for the board.

Two matches in a row against England Women's team were badly beaten Pakistan Women's team only because of their bone I would blame their poor batting in both the matches Pakistan Women's team were badly beaten due to their poor batting. South African stars will play in IPL Caribbean stars will play in IPL Australian stars will play in IPL It is a normal thing but this season about 7 to 8 Afghan players have participated in the IPL auction and got the team but it is not a small matter. To get 7 players place in a tournament like IPL means to assume that their cricket has gone to another level and they have been able to improve a lot in this short span of time. You look at Bangladesh or Srilanka these teams have been playing cricket for a long time but out of 1 to 2 players in IPL auction but all these countries don't get chance to play IPL. If the Afghan government gives more importance to cricket then there is no doubt that this team will do better in a short time.

Currently, Afghanistan government is having many challenges which are not easy for them to settle just because of these sports is not into their priority but still they are doing good things and having good results specially in cricket and soccer their teams are producing good results with kick-boxing, wrestling and few other sports are also having good development but sadly them having better things in security and finances are their first priority because with these things can't take positive changes.
Afghanistan players are doing impressive job in T20i so just because of this now they are having good money from the IPL which is helping their game and increasing popularity of the game in this country as well but still it needs decades to have all things settled here.
