You are correct about the risk. The service is provided by a partner that we have a lot of trust towards and that people we know also trust. We will be implementing some form of a guarantee, just like the existing OrangeFren Guarantee, in the future. But for that to be enforceable we'd need to move all communications to a place that allows us to see it. We need all the facts to do dispute resolution. We're looking into how to make it happen.

Glad to hear that, I am surprised that nobody made something similar so far.Another exchange with fiat trading you can consider add is Robosats, and I know they are trading with Lightning Network but it could be interesting option when fees are higher.
