Your negativity doesn't change anything, it doesn't change the price, it doesn't change the direction of the project, it certainly doesn't change the mind of anyone. You personally attacking members of this forum doesn't do you any favours.

DECENT still has many supporters, I personally hold many DCT and will never dump these on the market.

As for who is selling their DCT? It is most likely short term traders who are selling for BTC to buy up other forks of Bitcoin to make short term profit. We will likely see this profit funnel back into DCT shortly.

I warned you when it was 4k satoshi that it would be 3k.
I warned you when it was 3k that it would go under 2k
I warned you when it was 2k that it would go under 1.5k
It will go under 1k. Project milestones will be completed and then there will no real world usage, which is why the price has fallen for 9 months straight. It actually downtrended since it was first listed on Trex nearly.

I think the problem is when you advertise an ico for a content distribution platform and raise 5881 bitcoin then you change the project entirely after a year of development it is a waste of time and money and it shows lack of planning on the teams part. Then the community leave because it shows a lack of professionalism and vision, people want to stick with a project that has a clear vision and value comes with it. Although I wonder how much the head devs of decent have profited personally and massively from ico funds, while ico holders have lost.

Now I could be wrong and the decent market could just be getting hit worse than every single other alt during this bear run, but most other markets jumped even slightly when they hit their all time lows, decent is still going down? Lack of interest? Or much worse? Market speaks for itself.

alax - Launching its own store with its own token in the first quarter of 2019. So why does it need decent token at all? Answer, it doesnt.

The dct team dumped the price of dct because there was no effort to increase the value of dct.

Regardless of the price, I still believe that DECENT is still one of the most exciting projects out there with limitless potential.

Decent project has been re-built well recent months this year.
moreover, there are many new guys joined the DECENT core team to develop the project much faster.

it's not true, there is no reason to hold our BTC at the ICO address and, naturally, we moved them after the ICO internally. We are still holding a significant amount of BTC. You also need to consider the fact that we are operating and have team members in more countries.

We are constantly hiring new people and focusing on the development, as you can see. We wouldn't be around anymore if those accusations were even partly true and wouldn't bother to listen and talk to our community if we were selling everything and leaving the scene.

Be cautious while following discussions on the internet and always use critical thinking. Any questions are always welcome.

BTC and all crypto markets dumped the moment BCH forked – same as when DCT hit 3 USD at the time BTC was also at the top – and it looks like it has affected the price now, as well. We are just observing the facts, as we have mentioned many times, our main focus stays on our proprietary blockchain platform, DCore, our projects, and partnerships. We don't get involved in trading and we are not manipulating the market, as smaller coins tend to do from time to time.

One would say that comparing crypto projects is just a projection of hopes and a heedless search for patterns. Personally, we are not in the favour of considering this as a relevant observation. Crypto projects are simply different in their nature, technology, teams, backgrounds, strategies, approaches, etc., and they evolve in different speeds and volumes. Making statements about “project A” based on “projects X, Y and Z” may sound good in theory, because you have some facts from either side to grab and compare, but in the end it’s still just an opinion.

To portray a project as a scam and declare all its team members as liars, while the project is still running and growing with many plans for the future, is just another empty accusation, presumably with hidden agenda behind. We will no longer reply to these kinds of accusations, as they lack any sense of proper arguments and, in the end, it’s just counterproductive.

Feel free to share your knowledge about how the market works, your ideas about what affects the price and what would be your proposal to improve it. We are also always ready for any feedback, but so far there were no detailed arguments shared, nor any relevant information that would prove our intentions being fraudulent or deceptive. Therefore, we don't feel obligated to react to hate speeches and abusive language.

That's right, GARBAGE and SCAM. And devs are SWINDLERS and LIARS. Only they are a reason of such huge dump. But they report to us that they work hard and blah-blah. Who defends team is a total moron or member of team. Price is totally manipulated by team! Everybody must know names of these swindlers!
