Looks like you need to compile it yourself. Not quite sure why they would not provide it.
That one is the source code my guess is they will provide the GUI version also

I just dont get the point of hyping a launch date when you know youre going to need up to 7 days (probably more) to manually verify every ICO token holder??? I stayed up all night for this. At minimum be transparent about what was going to happen.
