Regarding c-cex, there has been no official announcement regarding what exchanges DECENT will launch on. The team has funding, they could pay bittrex to list if they had to, but I think it's safe to assume that Bittrex would list for free given the hype and progress this coin has made.
Basically: cool your jets and remain patient.

We don't need that exchange which is not good launch this kind of big project there you must contact with Bittrex and Polo ask them to add this there. Low volume exchange with a lot of problem is good to get started I hope we will get place on big exchanges.

Exciting times for everyone who has been supporting and waiting for months to see any update of this kind. I am glad that finally we are going to see DCT token at exchanges live in action in very near future. It is matter of time because at liqui it is already present. Bittrex will surely will add such potentially and innovative token which is their policy to support this kind of projects.

I think it's not too big to register on the C-cex exchange it's very low to add registered on the C-cex exchange, unlike the exchange Bittrex must pay a 3 BTC fee in order to be registered on the Bittrex exchange ...The exchanges are doing business with this by charging commissions. There's no way that any exchance add before those, and truth to be told, i thought block explorer was mandatory in c-cex as well. How did you got it even to voting phase surprises me.

I'm pretty sure they will be there, due to the hype of this coin. It's not like this is a reality tv show, and they had to pick one of three people and they choice this exchange as the one and only winner. Things come up, and exchange has a vote, the team decides to use this opportunity to tell its users to vote, seeing that they want the coin to be on as many exchanges as possible.
You are telling that c-cex is a scam exchange then i think their is something wrong in the mind of decent developer that is why they want to use this exchange and then they will manipulate the coin trading and their will be something very big going to happen to this coin in coming days as soon as it gets launched. So beware all decent holders or supporters.

Yeah, sure, after all this work that has been put into the software, man hour creating what they've created, it's all part of a big conspiracy to put it on just one exchange called c-cex, so that they can scam people. As opposed to letting this coin with so many major milestones naturally get hundreds of millions of dollars in marketcap.
All this from the team asked for people to vote, like they will ask when other exchanges are having a vote. Like I've seen so many times with other coins. You would think that's a positive, getting the users pumpup by participating. But the reading comprehension of many is such that asking people to vote, participate, = "We have decided that this one and only exchange will be where you can get Decent, fuck Poloneix, fuck Bittrex, we will never be on those exchanges."

IOU is currently trading on liqui so will probably be listed there as well.
They are fairly small exchanges for a project that raised a large amount of BTC, but I am sure the devs are working on other exchanges currently.
