The OP says the ICO starts "11th of September 2016, 1pm GMT", and that the first day has the 50% bonus. Are you saying that "a day" is not 24 hours or that if it was 24 hours it would've screwed a whole lot of people?
I hope Decent team will get their act together and proof to us that are not just about marketing but know also how to develop a rock solid project that we all believed in. They have acquired close to 4000BTC at the moment, this amount should be enough to employ a good developer. I know they are planning to engage the fiat investors initial but later go for Stratis like website.

sorry for the mistake. The 10 million DCT are sold, the rule was extended because of initial problems with registration. Everyone participating until that time will get the 50% bonus. DCT balance will be adjusted manually later on.FYI your 2-factor is terribly broken. I clicked enable, and it just enabled it, no QR, no phone number no nothing asked for. Now I am locked out of my account. Do you not test these things at all?

Many people were worried about whales and I posted that no real whale would be out early in the morning looking for bonus...I created acc and sent my payment at 1:01 pm and my payment made the second block, but watching the dramas and stress and struggles people went through, I feel very happy the dev decided to give them a chance...This project is going to rock the crypto world so I am calm and happy. 3000 BTC sounds like a good start but I believe the whales are coming, china will and DECENT would be all over earth then we will need another planet to have more space

Yes, I agree. The DCT per BTC will go down throughout the life of the ICO. I don't have that much experience checking different ICO, but I imagine that a lot less people are going to buy after the 50% bonus, which would balance out, with most getting an equal percentage.

Or if you guys want to keep the 50% bonus, don't give it a set limit of BTC where whales can come in the 1st minute, and screw everybody who came in 2 minutes later, expecting to buy with a 50% bonus. Instead make so that the 1st 2 hours anyone will get a 50% bonus. Because the way it is right now it's bound to piss off a lot of people.
İ think that the limit should be even lower maybe 5m coins. My opinion..

"We are not changing the announced ICO conditions" They drew a lot of attention, launched it and changed this rule during the ICO, in order to attract even more people during the day, after the first ones took the bait. Why? They can collect more bitcoins. Not only this. Remember that, for every DCT they manage to sell, they will create 3/7 (~0.43 DCT)*, part of it will belong to the devs. The greater the market cap, the greater their portion.
*marginally speaking, even more, as 70% of the DCT will be sold on the ICO, the rest is divided between fixed and variable. Bounties are fixed costs, so the variable part is leveraged even more than a 30:70 proportion.
