If you haven't sent funds to any address, then try to create a new account with different email address and look for the registration mail.

I tried to enable 2-FA. I pressed the enable button, and now I'm getting the message "You have enabled Two Factor Authentication" but I dont see a QR-Tag to enable it on my cell phone.
