If a person of 13 years can hold a credit card in your country, you are good to go.

That's good to know. So i have still some time to do some extra tasks for winning the real card.
My goal is to get the real card, because i am not confident about virtual cards. When i can touch it, i trust it.

Hello, as was already said before you can surely use E-Coin card in ATMs in India (the ones which have MasterCard logo on them). However, at the moment we do not issue and deliver cards to India dues to the bank's limitations and financial regulations in your country.

So, if you decide to use the card, you may consider to order it to the address in one of the supported countries (e.g. your friend or relative who can then resend the card to you, or your own if you have one).
