Ok then. The question in short. Yesterday the ICO page showed 2.1 BTC. This morning it was down to 1.9 BTC. How come?
And one question that just pops up in my head: What's about the DAO mentioned in the title?

The balance change was because I coded something badly, but I have fixed it now. Basically, when I queried the Database It wasn´t taking into account some accounts that made multiple deposits to the same address.

The DAO thing I was planning to explain more but I havend´t had time to do so. Basically, it stands for Decentralized Autonomous Organization, so my idea was to threat investors like an organization or company, where they were able to make decisions, regarding the Exchange, dividens, and the protocol in general.

I hope I find some time, to write more about it.

Are you sure  ? Because after down at 1,9 the total up to 4 BTC and 6,7 BTC

Could someone please explain me what is the difference between lithium AE and other AEs such as NXT or counterparty?
Afaik the planned exchange isn't going to be an asset exchange. After all we are talking about a coin and not a token.

So it will trade other crypto-currencies?  Will it be decentralized?
I think the only trade will be BTC - XLTH and I don't think it will be decentralized, although that would be preferable for me.

Do you know anything about proof of transaction and how that works?  Will there be a bug bounty?

Yes, were are constantly paying people who find bugs in the websites and wallets in general huge amounts of Litihium.

We understand there could be bugs in our proof of transactions implementation, that´s why Lithium is said to be in alpha, not even beta. We are working to implement more mechanisms to prevent transactions spamming and other potential problems.

Right now, yes it´s a centralized Exchange like Bittrex, Poloniex, and so on. And the assets I was referring was Lithium and Lithium Shares which will give dividends to investors from the revenue generated by the exchange. Also, we intend to include more altcoins, and compete with the Exchanges stated before.

I have plans to implement asset creation on top of Lithium but that´s a medium term goal, cause right now the community is roaring for other things and we have to attend that.

Asking for facts ain't no FUD and I must say that I'm also waiting for some unanswered questions.

What unaswered questions? I have answered everything. Ask me anything .
For instance this simple question that I also noticed this morning.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.17406336

You didn't state the question so I am assuming you are talking about escrow. I have contacted PsychoticBoy and we will see if we use his service.
I don't care for escrow tbh and that was also not what made my eyebrowse raise. Just read the messsage.
Btw I'm really not here to troll, but I had some very bad experiences with icos in the past like the most of us. Keep that in mind please.

I have read it, but I don't find the question. I only see stuff about 1) whitepper 2) source code 3) escrow

And I have answered all of that, but here it comes again. In concrete and final answer:

1) I have published the whitepaper less than 1h ago

2) The source code won't come out until the ICO ends to prevent clones. I have to make it difficult to clone Litihium, and clean the code cause right now trolls will just troll my code because it's very disorganized and dirty. I have mentioned everywhere this project is heavily inspired by Clarity but implemented in C# with PoT, so if you are interested you should take a look at that project. The windows wallet has been released and working with the basic functionality, and I have sent many free and ICO coins, thus proving the network works. Many coins have kept code closed source until they solved the problems stated before. Big examples: Darkcoin and Ripple. If you don't feel comfortable investing in our ICO, that's fine, you are welcome to grab Free coins and wait until we release the code. Also, are looking at the possibility of using an escrow, and the block explorer will come out before the weekend ends.

Hope you can quote this, when all of this gets asked a thousand times more again.

I asked this earlier, but didn't see a reply.

Does proof of transaction reward anyone (any known address), any tx included in the block or only the actual miner?

Aw that usually happens when we are sending the Free Distribution cause we are using the email server to send massive emails.

But I have activated the account that signed up in the last minutes, so yours should be activated now.
