What evidences from this guy convinced you? Maybe his trust score on bitcointalk?

Like I said before. This is all the evidence I need:

So, to summarize: you made 3 mistakes:

You're a professional casino, you should be very good at creating strict conditions. Even if you made mistakes (which you've admitted!), you should man up and don't make the user pay for your mistakes.
You've confessed to the allegations, so I've supported the Flag against you.

Donuts1234's reputation is not questioned here. Yours is.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

What do you suggest to me? Pay 0.01 btc to user who trying to blackmail us?

You can clearly see the community consensus regarding this with your negative trust and flag supported. And your wondering if you should pay me?
So, I should pay money to everyone who created scam accusation without proofs because community believe guys with negative trust like you and gifted me with negative feedback without any evidence? Worthless to this community...

Maybe pay the people you scam instead of launching ad hominem attacks over and over? It seems like you know you scammed me but don't even want to admit it here and only just launch these attacks in hopes of getting off. But since your casino values this community's reputation as only worth 0.01 btc that's on you.

Where the evidences that guy who created scam accusation won coins? Are you kidding me? You support bitcointalk user without any proof from his side..

I've updated my post above. That's all the evidence I need.
All of these issues should have been thought of before starting 'no deposit bonus' promotion.

Every bet from players stores in our database. We could send all logs from your bets.

Exactly! Yet, we have not seen any evidence form you to support your claims.

Looks like guy who trying to blackmail us promised you to share with you some coins...

LOL!! I'm not that cheap. Grin

Anyhow, I support the opinion of LoyceV and other respectable members who have supported the Flag against you. Are you saying that donuts1234 bribed them too?

Are you freaking kidding me?
I've seen casinos out there that have done the exit scams with a highrollers balance... But, to ruin your reputation for a measly $100?!

BitGame777, I'm sure you realize how good reputation is essential for an online casino. How can anyone expect a satisfied gambling experience on your site after this?

EDIT:
For those unfamiliar with the matter. Scam Accusations: BitGame.online Removed Winnings After Winning More Than Expected

So you clear my balance after I won a bit then say that there's no proof I won. That seems trustworthy  Roll Eyes

Obviously you value your reputation less than 0.01 btc

Then why say I didn't win anything. When I won 0.02+ on your slots? Then you make up some rules just to clear my balance.

What a joke of a site

You could even restore my balance to the point before you cleared it but you know your a scam.

and a summary from a respectable member:
Yes, it was mistake.

I really believe what I wrote here:
It's also wise to ask yourself before leaving feedback: "Does my feedback make Bitcointalk a better place? And if it's negative: is it worth destroying someone's account and reputation over this?". Consider using Neutral feedback if neither Positive nor Negative is justified.
I am not single-handledly going to destroy your account over this, so I'll leave neutral feedback instead of negative. The type 3 Flag against you needs 2 more DT-supporters to become active. Note that the Flag system requires the Flag creator to withdraw his Support for the Flag when you make the victim(s) whole.
My neutral feedback stays as a warning.

I can't believe you risk having your account and business reputation destroyed over this!

I truly believe I did not see that was there when I made my post you with my username. I think LoyceV can confirm it since he catches nonedited posts in a fraction of seconds.
I can confirm this:

Then point out that lie as you say there is? Are you saying that the rules were there when I posted my application?

Or are you so fixated on your belief that there being some blackmail going on with me wanting my funds that your willing to scam because of it?

Cause right now it just seems like all your doing is trying to prevent me from getting paid out.

Blackmail? I never blackmailed your site in any way, you may believe whatever you wish of perceive as blackmail.

But as it stands you cleared my balance unjustifiably citing rules made up after I joined and thus stealing the funds and it seems it will remain that way cause you seem determined not to give me back my balance.

I've been paid when I won but my limits were cut down to $10 and I'm 2-14 my last 16 wagers. I guess that I should be happy. I was betting $100 prior to getting limited.

Thank you for your fair and positive feedback. I hope that bitcointalk users will read it and understand that they made wrong conclusion that only based on claim without any evidences from Bitcointalk user who previously was blamed in taking money to leave negative feedback - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=893769.

Wrong conclusion? There’s evidence you changed the rules after I joined whether maliciously or not, but ended up stealing 0.01 btc

Before you received any payments from us you had to fulfill the conditions of the No Deposit Bonus. Do you really think that we would risk our reputation because of 0.01 BTC = 87 USD Huh

If you wouldn’t risk your reputation why did you clear my balance when I had more than enough btc and was close enough to cover the roll over?

You cleared my balance so you should have seen my progress and my btc balance at the time so you know yourself.

And you clearly did risk your rep as you never paid me back.

Limits are down to $10 for everyone, not just you. Guessing BitGame is wanting to take less risk/is having bankroll issues, so they aren't willing to accept large bets any more. Might be a bunch of sharps bleeding money from them as well, so they're trying to get rid of those people.

Guess that’s one way to expose incompetence in a casino. From their attitude it definitely doesn’t seem like a good casino.
What attitude do you expect from us when user trying to get coins that he did not win?

Coins I didn't win? I won from your bonus and you cleared my balance, instead of rightfully paying me you decide that it was better to be distrusted than pay my 0.01 BTC.

Just proof him that he is wrong by proper evidence.
Without evidence playing blames games will not help the Bitgame casino and also not the player too. There are way too many complains here.

What they are doing seems quite similar to their past co owner of the site where they gave out $50 giveaway and couldn't pay out all the participants and just left them in the end.

Reference: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=831595.340

Seems like the apple doesn't fall far from the branch for the new owner who is to say they ever changed owners. Deciding to take my winnings.

Citing honesty when their own co-owner stiffed people out of their money and left and never made them whole.
