Ignoring the issue won't make it go away either. You refuse to communicate with me, you refuse to pay the btc and you refuse to see reason.

Risking your casino's reputation over 0.01 BTC to me is pretty ludicrous to me.

Update: Over a brief chat on their discord they seem pretty adamant on not paying me https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitgameonline-removed-winnings-after-winning-more-than-expected-5218218

You help a person who already have negative trust -3
Donuts1234's reputation is not questioned here. Yours is.

Guys, now you are trying to scam absolutely fair casino.
Let the community be the judge of that. It's not looking good so far, you seem to keep digging a deeper hole.

I got up to around 0.025 on the bonus and had 86% with only 0.015 wager to go since there’s a max bet of 0.00011 btc on the slots, so I can’t even bet more, even if your slots had 20% house edge or I lost every single spin I did left without a single win i would of had 0.01 btc remaining.

You could also recover my account to what it was before you cleared it and removed my balance. But they won’t do that

Please, provide evidences.

You mean the evidence you yourself deleted from the site? Not sure how you expect me to get it lmao
Unless you expected me to record and screenshot myself playing on this "aboslutely fair casino".

Where the evidences that this guy had ability to cover wagering requirements?
UnF**king believable BitGame777!

First you said you are not going to pay him 10mBTC then you said you are not going to pay him because he has red tag. Now when both of these went against you since these were not the clause in your initial post when that user was playing in your site with the money you gave, now you came up with a very cleaver idea. Now you found a way not to pay him?

Please, provide evidences.
Stop it right there!
This is your site, your database, your server and you can do whatever you want. It was not recorded in a public blockchain. You have lost your credibility, sorry.

So after making 3 mistakes you're now bringing up a new argument that you never used before? If this would have been the case, it could have been your first argument. The fact that you only bring this up now makes you look even more shady than you did already.

It looks like you destroyed this evidence:

So, to summarize: you made 3 mistakes:

You're a professional casino, you should be very good at creating strict conditions. Even if you made mistakes (which you've admitted!), you should man up and don't make the user pay for your mistakes.
You've confessed to the allegations, so I've supported the Flag against you.

I really believe what I wrote here:
It's also wise to ask yourself before leaving feedback: "Does my feedback make Bitcointalk a better place? And if it's negative: is it worth destroying someone's account and reputation over this?". Consider using Neutral feedback if neither Positive nor Negative is justified.
I am not single-handledly going to destroy your account over this, so I'll leave neutral feedback instead of negative. The type 3 Flag against you needs 2 more DT-supporters to become active. Note that the Flag system requires the Flag creator to withdraw his Support for the Flag when you make the victim(s) whole.
My neutral feedback stays as a warning.

I can't believe you risk having your account and business reputation destroyed over this!

I truly believe I did not see that was there when I made my post you with my username. I think LoyceV can confirm it since he catches nonedited posts in a fraction of seconds.
I can confirm this:

Thanks for your work Loyce - I also thought I would give them a try in order to check them out and give feedback - well, not needed anymore I guess. Extremely unprofessional, I will support the flag. Unbelievable how so many "operators" are destroying their reputation for very stupid reasons - otherwise, goes to show how they operate their business so ppl shall stay away.

Hopefully they don't stiff me out of 10mBTC. They shouldn't if they really cared about their rep here, as it should be an inconsequential amount for them. But you never know

It not depends on amount of winnings, the reason is that this user has negative trust on Bitcointalk and he was blamed in taking money to leave negative feedback.
Again you are denying to pay for a clause that was not there when the user got his balance from you. I truly believe I did not see that was there when I made my post you with my username. I think LoyceV can confirm it since he catches nonedited posts in a fraction of seconds.

If it was not there and if this is confirmed then you really do not need to mess up things. In any business earning users trust is very important bud.

Since you have admitted the mistake which was right thing to do of course and now you can make things better for you. From the users perspective he rightfully deserve the amount he is asking for and giving it to him will be the best for you. Sometimes losing is good than winning and if you give the money to the users then end of the day you will win here.

Besides, it's only 10mBTC, come on!

That is one of the rules that is under dispute because this rule was not there when I joined the giveaway and only was put in place when I won on the site.
I joined it when that rule was not there and I should have gotten my winnings instead that rule was added and you removed my balance.

Might have been a mistake, but it was a mistake you guys addressed after I got lucky on your site and won. You guys could have done it as "Entries from now on have to follow these rules". But no you decided to remove the BTC in my balance and claim since it was mistake you can take back the BTC.
When I rightfully should have gotten 10 mBTC

A casino that makes users pay for their mistakes? That's very bad for your image.

It does not depends someone wins or not, we made a mistake and forgot to add term about negative feedback on Bitcointalk.
Mistakes happen, and you can fix them for new entries. But changing the rules after accepting someone makes you look unreliable.

Was the 10 mBTC maximum winnings a mistake too?

It doesn't seem right to change the rules of a giveaway when someone wins.

Take this from someone who ran several giveaways in the past. If you can't set up clear rules up front, you should honor them.

So you forgot and still credited me when you saw my profile? You didn't deny me from entering and edit your post adding the rule, you gave me the bonus then later on cleared my balance adding the rule.

My last payout was fast but you cancel way too many bets. If I place a bet two weeks or more in advance, you cancel if there is a line change. In the future bets, the lines were good at the time of the bet. Injuries and other things can cause the line to move so you shouldn't cancel.

This line was good when I made the bet. Many others too.
