I don't know if this is one of the logos you like, but here is a preview of it in your requested sizes, with a splash. Shoot me a pm if you want the actual files. Thanks!

I'm not the one paying, so I should not be the one choosing. I admit Your work is awesome.

Hello everyone.

Some work here is amazing.
I would like to include new logos in the next update.

for wallet integration:
.ico with:
256 x 256 pixels - 32bit (24bit colour, 8bit transparency)
48 x 48 pixels - 32bit (24bit colour, 8bit transparency)
32 x 32 pixels - 32bit (24bit colour, 8bit transparency)
24 x 24 pixels - 32bit (24bit colour, 8bit transparency)
16 x 16 pixels - 32bit (24bit colour, 8bit transparency)
.png
80 x 80

and for splash
.png
200 x 133 px

Here is something I threw together in Microsoft Paint last night... It's a little crude but I had fun.

Now that I see your feedback, I may have a second attempt at it.

For anyone who would like to expand upon this concept, go right ahead.

What I'd like to see is a logo not much bigger than the BitCoin logo.
-The logo shouldn't be round but square.
-BTB is used around worldwide
-BTB should attract interest from investors
-BTB is rare (and expensive)
-It has to be easy regonizeable as BTB.
-I like 1Peters &ohiwastedmylif work.

Keep in mind that BitBar is ultra rare cryptocurrency which price could in theory be higher than BTC's price.

Specs copied from the website:
Quote
Get your digital gold bar !

Ultra-Rare
POW+POS
Fast, continuous difficulty and reward calculation
Fair start:
no foreign forum pre release
no premine
no slow diff corrections for hours of instamining
no super-blocks at start
all binaries available
reward of 1 BTB per 10 minutes and quickly dropping
scrypt hashing

BitBar is not just another simple litecoin 30 minutes done clone.
Increasing reward and speed is easy.
Those networks are more vulnerable to double spend, spam and dust, but it works.
Even bigger problem is coming. Soon, outdated difficulty adjustment will crash those networks.
Decreasing reward in Bitbar is not just a quick move.
Every parameter is simulated and than tested on a live alpha network.
-no more rounding of reward down to two decimals
-heavily reduced Stake low-limit for small number of Bars
-adequately decreased fees
-new dynamic first connection and search for new nodes. Doesn't need client update for fixing connections.

Scrypt chasing itself is no longer chain-jumping anti-resonance protection. Bitbar includes modified PPC's 'exponential moving average' difficulty/reward adjustment introduced in NVC. It's modified in a way that reward decreases a little slower, so first players don't have so much advantage over later ones.
With simulations and testing, chain should operate smoothly for years.
no resonance,
no high-diff crash,
no high-fee problems,
no spam and dust problem,
no connections problem.
We take lessons from competitors mistakes.

Thanks for everyones entries, I'll be giving more feedback from now on.

we could drop the coin/logo in there and take out the background if wanted...whatever

This is more of a header, I'll throw a logo together later maybe.

I agree completely with you. However I would suggest using some sort of vector format, it seems a waste of time to make different sizes of the same thing Smiley

It simply depends on the art style they want. Of course vector is easier to draw and and scale up but it also greatly reduces the complexity of the artwork and the ability to do high quality textures & shading. If you are making raster artwork you want to make it huge to begin with. It can be extremely difficulty to duplicate artwork on a large scale in high resolution. I do a ton of vector work as well but from what I have seen on here people generally enjoy the skeumorphic coin/bar look so that is why I went that route.

I am curous to hear what OP has in mind.

Completely agree with you.

For the OP's vision to 'materialize', he has to be able to first give details of exactly what is needed.
I'm sure that everyone on here that posted something based their ideas on solely the name of the currency i.e. BitBar, as not much other info was passed on.

So OP, if you're still not satisfied, pls have a minute break to see what exactly you want, then pour your thoughts here...
Then we can start producing material to your liking!  Wink

Have gone for a bar look this time: (simple, but shiny Grin)

Can easily be modified to suit tastes. I have done them transparent for versatility. Unlike my earlier attempts (which are rubbish Grin) this design is completely made by me from scratch (no copyright infringement possibilities/no Google or clip-art images used).

If these are chosen, I would be happy to carry on supporting them with changes and tweaks free of charge.

Thank you for your consideration.

K.

Updated with a banner concept, can be tidied/improved if liked.

Feed back would be nice, have spent a lot of time on these.

An improved version:
