You can create an account, but the pool not open until 4901 or Diff 1 is reached.

We saw what happened to Americacoin with the empty blocks
People with a lot of hashpower did not mine it at all... only planed on rape once it got close to the blocks that had reward.

I understand the logic of it, but thats a lot of blocks and a lot of hashpower for 0 gain.  The danger being its too far out to actually reach in a timeframe that is quick enough for people to still care.

ps: I'm debating getting a pool up for this, just not sure if its going to survive long enough.  Though it seems likely I'll be afk during the launch window anyways. Maybe I'll peek in later tonight and see how things look.  Will set one up if it makes sense.

The real question is what are the chances of anyone wasting their time mining those first 4900 blocks at all?
