KYC is just fine for me since it is only required for those consumers who are investing coins of the current ico you are promoting. Participants are not required on kyc because they are just promoting the ico's but it was still a huge advantage for icos with kyc because it only means that they are legitimate and more consumers will invest to them.

Who is not afraid of them? they can even hack some government sites which has a great wall to stop them but still can find a hole to enter on it.
hackers are hackers and will do what ever they want so i hope they cant notice me and try to do that to me as i have no power to stop them on hacking my system "computer".

С точки зрения форума подобные посты никакой пользы не несут - следовательно, их вполне можно счесть за низкозначимые (нарушение п.1). А когда из таких постов, фактически, состоит весь профиль - даже без поправки на плагиат, - поневоле задумаешься.
Впрочем, это мое мнение. Вам же стоит помнить, что, если дошло до бана (тем паче перманентного - как это обычно бывает в случае с п.33), то любая Ваша активность на форуме во время действия бана, кроме подачи апелляций и выяснения причин бана в разделе Meta, подпадает под нарушение п.25 (уклонение от бана) и ведет к новому бану. Любая - в том числе и продолжение переписки в этой теме.
