Ok. Probably the next question to the OP is, are you still gonna used this trading platform after what has happened to you? If I'm in your shoes then I will definitely liquidate all my assets on that exchange and move somewhere to a exchange with reputation.

Glad to hear you solve the problem and congratulations to have your account back. No problem if it took 2 weeks to solve because finally, you got your account back. That will be a good lesson for us to check the account and contact the support system if we have a problem. So right now, you can move your balance to another wallet.

I rarely have a problem with HitBTC when I use it, I only have deposit issues twice. And trust me their customer support is very slow responding your complaint. It took 3 days for them to start responding to my complaint, and then it almost 10 or 11 days until my deposit finally showed in my account.
Because I heard the reason that they didn't have a staff to fix the costumer's issue, I guess only one staff to answer all complaints that's why it takes a longer time before they've reached you. SHitBTC is very well known that issue I rather choose reputed exchange rather than that. I remember Cryptopia exchange the time before they had hacked they always have that kind of issues.

Blocked for no reason account.
Currency transactions are not available for any coin. I can't take a single coin.
The total amount of 7000$

No unusual activity, normal day trading, deposits and withdrawals,Sent documents to confirm identity
[HitBTC] #406437

I will write in this topic every day about how things are going. If the exchange is fraudulent as everyone writes it will be seen. The first day

I don't see any Alert or Warning that said your account is blocked or banned, but I saw an error so it might just a simple technical problem or bug with the platform.

The second day passed, the support is silent

If you're expecting a fast response, don't. You're not the only one using the site and I doubt that the verification is automatic for people who voluntary do KYC, let alone when your account is locked, so it might time some time.

Exchange like HTCbtc are not save to use. If the OP gets any sort of support from them, he would be lucky man. I have stopped using the low volume exchanges from January this year when we say cryptopia hacked.

There is no reason to use these exchanges unless you want to trade coins/tokens which are only available on these sites.

HitBTC already has an extremely bad reputation. I mean, just look at their reputation and trust score on this forum.

I have personally seen tens if not hundreds of HitBTC related complaints from this forum and reddit alone. So you're not the only one that is experiencing this issue. There are suspicions that HitBTC is merely doing this draconian KYC because they want to selectively make withdrawals harder, so it gives them an excuse to not pay out certain accounts. I think this theory does make sense looking from it now.

Answered the letter, the first two documents approved. ask for a notarized receipt.

Are they requesting even more documents?

At least support has responded, but I suspect that you're going to have to deal with this issue for a while given previous cases that were similar, which involved them asking for things as sophisticated and in depth as proof of source of funds, IIRC. Keep us updated, and if you do get your money out, do not go back.
Just came back to this thread to see for further updates but it seems OP do forgot to give us regarding on his situation even though his online as of this day.
It might Hitbtc still on verification and it do really sucks when you are on situation that you would need to comply everything just for you to pull out your funds.
Asking for more like notarized receipt is too much.
There will be a notarized receipt on Monday. On Monday I will report the result

They have a low response on customer support issues, that's perhaps we can say they are a shitty exchange but the truth is they can fix and need some time to wait. Op, hope they can fix your problem because they are the one who can fix not here, we can only give a little bit of advice. Just keep on follow up your support ticket.

Unfortunately, their support is very slow and often not helpful.
In one moment I have the same problem there like you. In fact, it was a technical problem. Solved after cache clearing.

HITBTC restricting my account. Account has passed KYC and granted VERIFIED status

That is the problem of HitBTC, there is a lack of staff to accumulate all costumers issues.

or it can be a strategy to take the money of your customers

That is the problem of HitBTC, there is a lack of staff to accumulate all costumers issues. They can't solve your problem with the days it takes a week(s) or more worst months. I've been using HitBTC last year so far so good and I didn't encounter any issues maybe you did not read it might have an announcement as I see there's an error occur in your account which means technical error not blocked your account.

As I advise to you just don't give up or patiently wait for their customer support will response.
