That's doesn't look like blocked account to me, probably some technical issues that needs to be solved manually. What kind of documents that you send there? Are they asking for KYC? That seems too much looking at the error you've encountered when you want to withdraw.

Use another exchange if you're successful withdrawing your money from there.

It seems to be just a technical mistake or with that particular currency. Although hitbtc is, in fact, a complicated exchange. It does not seem from the images you posted that it's a bad thing. As for the documents, they deny it several times. You must try again whenever a negative occurs.

I'm not familiar about the error message that should be shown when someone's account is locked, so are you sure the message displayed for transferring is not a simple technical issue?

The documents have been sent after the account got locked or before? If after, then you should probably wait until they do their investigation. Also, when did you sent a ticket and when was their last response (If any)?

You're not the first and probably not the last who have this kind of problem though, If you check the scam accusation section on the forums, you'll see that a lot of people had a similar issue in the past. Your best option right now is to be patient, it could take weeks, If not months from what I've seen about them.
I was blocked for no reason.I was told to send the documents, I sent them and waiting for a response for 10 hours, every day I will write about the results
Seeing the screenshot it do only shows error occur which most likely a technical issue not really being blocked but since you already been told to sent out documents then
you wont have any choice but to comply that thing.I know it sucks but with $7000 you would definitely need to do it.You wont really have any choice but to wait up for their response.
Waiting time starts now. Good luck!
