I think if Bruno already left access to his wallets to one of his relatives, the one he believes in, we don't have to worry about that.
Hope so  Cheesy
Yesterday I read about a U.K. bill being past, allowing the government to cremate corpses against their own will, the will of the family or even religious objections. I wouldn't be surprised if the U.S. is already thinking of similar measures.
Unsure about this, I feel the UK is very much culturally different from the US. It would be better if someone living in the United States told us about it  Cheesy
Wuttt, but that is not Bruno’s BCH address, check the OP please. If someone decides to send BCH via the above address, it would be a waste action. Bruno could not get the BCH from that address with his current health  Roll Eyes OMG  Roll Eyes Don't tell me that someone has donated in this way
EDIT: My mistake  Cheesy Still Okay with BCH address

  • Over 0.7 BTC now - still very far from the target
  • Bruno is still not online from 3 April - Hope he's still fine

Over 5 BCH were also sent to the same address.

I think if Bruno already left access to his wallets to one of his relatives, the one he believes in, we don't have to worry about that. The donation fund for Bruno will be used for the right thing. It is not too long since the donation fund was created and things look good with 0.73 BTC after a bit more than one week. It slowly crawls but looks good. Of course, I hope Bruno has still been fine during his quarrantine days and more than next 2 months.

I wonder why the fortune tellers aren't sensing this...
They never sense anything prior but after the event they will come up with claims that they said this and that. It's all scam brother.

There was no way they could feel it  Cheesy I turn to science and I follow materialism, I do not believe in these mysteries  Cheesy whether it is real or not. You remind me of the apocalyptic prophecy of the past, if I remember correctly, it came from a woman named Vanga, and in the end, nothing happened. It's really bullshit  Cheesy

I don't know who you are or what you did for the forum or for bitcoin itself.

I sent something, I hope it will help you out on your last journey home.

Why? Because the system failed you and us. Such costs should not be allowed. People shouldnt sell their places to take their loved ones back to the family's rest place.

I had last year myself a tragic moment with my dad dying abroad and taking him home, it was a nightmare. Quite soon I will have another case, so I totally feel what your family is going through.

I hope your life was good, i hope it offered good and bad moments and I hope that made others happy.

Damn it, I can't imagine how his loneliness is  Embarrassed when he can't see his relatives the last time.

He can't go anywhere because of the medical equipment and his health.   The rest of the world can't go anywhere because of lock downs.   I think humanity overall is lonely right now.  I wonder why the fortune tellers aren't sensing this...

Bruno said in his OP/plea that his siblings are in another part of the US hence he would like to repatriated to their part if the world when the time comes

.

Without sounding insensitive, caskets are rail freighted and also in (unmarked) delivery vans between cities here in Australia. At Sydney's Central Station there is / was a short "Funeral" platform where caskets were transshipped.

I just found this thread, went through it and noted so much respect members here have for you.

Unfortunately we never interacted apart from fleetingly as far as I can recall but with all the kind words being put forward to you from a wide array of users it seems clear that not having interaction with you turned out to be my loss without doubt.

It must be very tough going through everything you have already been through and of-course with you being in hospital right now adding to that your family being far away, it is a very sad situation. The whole quarantine issue related to stopping the spread of the coronavirus means that they are probably unable to visit which is extremely sad too.

I had never heard of Glioblastoma (also known as glioblastoma multiforme or GBM) until I read the OP and clicked the wiki page. I am at a loss for words. I hope you manage to read through some of these posts in the coming days and hope it makes you a smile.

I have always fancied Gleb's thread re: Leroy Fodor and his (mis)adventures. Those threads were a fun read ridiculing a certain scammer in the most poetic way possible. The BFL clowns against Bruno is also a nice read too, and I never regretted hours upon hours of reading those threads as if they were a mischievous fairy-tale written by a master author.

We never really had some interactions, but I've always fancied the name Phinnaeus Gage since I've known for that curious medical case since I entered university. And to know that it was quite an indirect reference to your condition made me somewhat sad and astonished at the same time.

If there is a slim chance of you surviving glioblastoma, please take it. But if you really have already decided to go, do it so on your own terms and make the most out of your supposed remaining days.

You will be missed.

I'm honestly worried that there are going to be so many deaths that people will no longer honor last requests.  And after this we have the global debt economy collapse and climate change will finish us off.
Uncertain about climate change, but the atmosphere seems less polluted since the beginning of the pandemic, it has two sides, but too many harmful things. I also digress  Tongue
But I digress off topic.  If there are 100K bodies to transport and the can only transfer say 100 at a time, you're going to blow all your money on keeping the body fresh and bidding on a "seat".
That is why I say that the cost is very expensive. That's why I think he needs someone who can trust to organize everything. Damn it, I can't imagine how his loneliness is  Embarrassed when he can't see his relatives the last time.

I'm a little worried, we can't know when he's going to heaven. We support and run campaigns to get people to support him, but what if he leaves before we reach our goal? We need something to ensure that he still gets this money even when he's gone, it's good to make sure what we do is not pointless. I know many people who think the same though, we need a solution, or some way proposed but I don't know?

I have a feeling Bruno probably already set things up so that this is taken care of in such an event, but it is hard to know unless he chimes in. If I was in his position I would put aside some instructions along with my will to make sure it is taken care of, but who knows.

As per his last update he should yet be in the hospital going through his unwilling quarantine for Coronavirus, as it would mostly be 14 days at minimum as per I know.

I have Glioblastoma, given ~2 months to live. I am currently at Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas, under quarantine for Coronavirus,

I would go with pretending on him already having something planned out of those funds.

I just realized with all the dead bodies that are accumulating, will we even be able to fly his body home?  :/
As far as I know, transporting corpses on planes is possible, but it will probably cost a lot of money. It is the freight plane, it will charge by weight and size, both the coffin and his body will be very expensive. But more importantly, there needs to be an international airport there, a few extra transportation costs coming to and go from the airport. I don't know if he considered this option, would $ 20,000 be enough for it?

He said he didn't have any relatives there, and he couldn't even see his family members last time (possibly because of the translation). The money is also being prepared for transporting him (the deadbody), I hope he has someone to trust, or he should you another service for his funeral  Embarrassed It's quite sad to discuss these issues, but it's really necessary  Embarrassed
