Playbetr has never lost a mediation at ThePogg or anywhere else.
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/playbetr/#complaints
I am not familiar with your complaints history. The player whose post got quoted (that I quoted subsequently) claimed that he received his money after complaining using ThePogg as a mediator. I don't know whether that is true or not.

Stop cheating and find a new job. We all know what you are doing and no one is going to succumb to your extortion attempts.
You quoted the wrong person with that recommendation and life lesson. I am not the OP of this thread and the alleged cheater. cru7ufy is.

I apologize, that issue is about Playbetr. The player in question got their money back from Playbetr after contacting thepogg.com. It wasn't Betcoin. I will edit my previous post to correct the information.

Haha you are disgusting scammers. Don't think you are getting away with this. You still have not came out and explained what rule or term I broke. Nobody is cheating. You are just scumbags who take fair peoples money for no reason. Ruining the crypto betting community. I'm still waiting for an explanation. And you will hear from multiple mediation sites or lawyers soon, don't worry.

I guess it's going to take a while before the site displays your complaint. I still don't see it here: https://thepogg.com/casino-review/betcoin-ag/#complaints
If they accept it and it goes public, post a link to it so that the community can follow the developments.

yeah its under review to be posted i think

Thanks. Made a complaint @ thepogg. Will update how it goes. Just sad we have to go through this for no reason. FYI Playbetr = Betcoin. Same scamming owners + employees Smiley .

This is messed up. What is wrong with this and why cant the book address the issue? The player is obviously good at what hes doing and is getting punished for it.

This is what's destroying the crypto online community. We don't need this shit in the space, we need transparency and that good players get their winnings. I'ts ok to get limited, but to get winnings confiscated for some ununderstandable reason is tragic.

Do any of you think big companies like bet365 does this kind of shit? Hell no. They limit you and you just find yourself out and keep moving. This is unacceptable behavior from a "respected" book that we as a community shouldn't tolerate.

Exactly. All good fair and square winnings and they try to find a way to scam me regardless. I'm fine with getting limited, I will move on and stop using the site, simple as that. But confiscating winnings for no legitimate reason is absurd, and they won't even come forward and confront the issue either. Disgusting scammers, I'll do everything in my power to bring them down for this.

We have paid out thousands of abusive players, because we did not have the full evidence at the time. We only withhold from players when we are 100% certain that we have enough evidence to win a mediation.

I tried askgamblers but betcoin/playbetr isn't even listed there. I can go with SBR, what else?
Take Poika5's advice that he posted above. He suggested https://thepogg.com/ because another player got his money back from Betcoin Playbetr when they used their mediator services.

I will quote the post since you seem to have missed it:

Finally, thanks to https://thepogg.com/ as an intependent mediator, I get my money back.

This demostrates that the accusation of playBetr has no sense.

Now, spoiler, they will say, "Yes, you are a demon, cheater you does arbitrage, uses bots. But we are so honest that anyway we give your money, bla, bla, bla"

No sirs....you are scammers, you are stealing money from honest users and just a few decide to figth.

There are a lot of honest online casinos, no need to take the risk to play on yours

Hello, your emails were not ignored. We clearly stated that you are in violation of our terms of service. You were asked to provide a Bitcoin address to return your deposit and have failed to do so. Once you provide the email bitcoin address, these will be sent.
I corrected the mistake for you. @cru7ufy Email them the bitcoin address where they can send your deposits. After that, you can start getting in touch with 3rd-party mediation sites and have them take a look at the case and the evidence that Betcoin has against you. Many casinos don't want to share evidence publicly, so your remaining option is to have someone else mediate the whole process.

Hello, your emails were not ignored. We clearly stated that you are in violation of our terms of service. You were asked to provide a Bitcoin address to return your deposit and have failed to do so. Once you provide the bitcoin address, these will be sent. We have no other business with you. If you would like to submit a claim for 3rd party mediation, please feel free to do so. We will provide them with the ample evidence against you and abide by their decision.

If I provide the BTC address, that means I am basically admitting I have broke some rule and do not deserve my profits. Why the F*** would I do that when I know I am fully innocent and you guys are scumbags who do this to everyone. I read new threads about people getting locked and scammed every day with betcoin, it's nothing new. I gave you a month to reply and you didn't give a shit and ignored me. And you expect me to ask for my deposits back which would leave close to 15k profit missing? For no reason? Come out and say what I have done wrong, how about we start with that. Not asking for your evidence, tell me what rule I broke. I will contact 3rd party immediately since talking to ignorant scammers won't lead to anything. Does anyone have recommendation for who to contact that will actually have an effect on these blatant scamming scum.

@Betcoin the post I read by you in the other scam accusation thread is the effort you would expect from an 8-year old drawing in school. Do you have any proof that shows your actions are valid?

Yes. We provided it to the 3rd party mediator, chosen by the player.

Hey man, had something somewhat similar happen to me recently. 18K$ scam, they stopped answering me on mail. Claiming I did «syndicate play» and sent me names of other accounts. I told them that one of them was my friend who recommended me betcoin. The other account they linked me to I had never heard about. I will make a larger post about this later when I have time.

But nobody should use Playbetr/Betcoin, their rules are ridiculous and you could get banned for literally anything.
