This error message or notification supposed appear on a new registering account and not for old user like you then the website of the casino has an issue to solve. All the methods to see if the problem was from your end was abortive. If you can have access to the support team contact them and tell the the situation at hand and also take the email from the site and message them.

I think 0xbet is a new casino but the complains are too many, they have to do well in the forum to create that trust from users.

New message from 0xbet when I asked how my return of funds will happen. Their response:

«Unfortunately, the funds will be debited from your account!»

Wow.
Does this statement mean that 0xbet will not not refund your deposit? I ask because I do not understand the statement that the funds will be debited from your account. As someone said above, they didn't say they will confiscate your balance if there is a suspicion of fraudulence in your account. They only said they will suspend your account.

I also feel that you ought to have chatted the support when you discovered that the system was voiding many of your bets. If I place a sincere bet and it is unfortunately voided, I wouldn't keep mute but I'll complain to the support.

I am yet to receive any response from 0xbet. I had 50 000+ $ worth of BTC, LTC, USDT and Euro deposited in my 0xbet account. They have not made clear how the repayment of these funds will happen
You were accused for violating the terms 56 (b & c), 57 and 62. None of those terms says that your account balance will be confiscated or forfeited. The terms 57 say that they will suspend your payouts, it doesn't say that users funds will be confiscated. Therefore, I think they will return the amount which has been deposited by you ($50k-winnings). Maybe they have found something unusual after observing your four months betting activity. Perhaps, 0xBet team might be aware of your complaint here, OP was active yesterday. I hope the will come with an explanation of your issue.

Update: Everything going great already, The issue is still the "The account with this email is already exists" it is going always appears every time I try to log in directly with the email, I think it is something that you need to fix, I sure I'm not on registered or signup tab, In should directly login when I try to login using the Gmail login tab.

But I found my way to it already using the forget password thing, I just reset my password put in a new password then just not use the Gmail tab, just directly log in using my email and the new password, I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure last time there was no email sent even though I tried multiple times the forgotten password even on my spam folder, but my as per checking its already all on my spam forget that enable me to create a password and login in. I did the forgotten password on dawn so I guess that's why I have the issue.

Still, I have no issue when I try playing on your website, Thank you for your help.

I have a small concern that regards KYC.

I think the "No KYC" on the ANN title and signature could be so misleading, especially to a newbie looking to use a No KYC casino. From what we know from your AML and KYC policy, KYC is not mandatory, but you will request for it anyway at anytime you want. This doesn't seem to me like a no KYC casino, and might put you at loggerheads with users who sign up on your casino without expecting no KYC.



Take a look at Justbit.io which happens to be under the same operator, casbit Group N.V. They say "No KYC for crypto Players" but then go ahead to request for it once a player makes wins and tries to withdraw. They have so far two scam accusations relating to this misunderstanding.

I checked the case from my side, most likely, the emails with password recovery got into the SPAM folder, please check this folder, then mark this email as "Not Spam" and then open it using the instructions from the email, try to recover the password. Additionally, we have sent you a new password recovery email.

For sure the error was on the registration page but as you can see this was the login page, I don't really remember putting a password on my account, I'm just logging in to my account directly using my email as far as I remember.

This is for sure an issue since I know that I'm not in the registered UI, I remember the last time I was able to log in using my email directly on the website, This email already registered issue is for sure has some connection to the other UI so could just be an error and can easily be fixed. Also, the forgot password is not working at all I've checked my email account, and even on another inbox there was no trace of the forgot password email, I already checked the spam inbox, and I guess it is because it's already dawn maybe? is time also an issue here they dont operate or have no operator at these hours right?

They've got some instructions given to me for which I can say that it was my fault for not completing those details upon registration. They're very active in giving the best support for their customers and have been sending updates from time to time about the withdrawal and I really appreciate that. They might not that active on this thread but sure with their other communication channel like email and chat support, they're very active there and all is good with my withdrawal requests. Should someone is dealing with some problems whether it's with deposits/withdrawal or any other concerns, email or chat them because they're quicker there.

It seems a couple of issues have already been raised regarding the withdrawal delays. Online casinos take more than 24 hours to release the withdrawal is somewhat unacceptable. Even if they take more than 24 hours for some reason, that should be in rare case. But we have seen a couple of users with the same issue. This is something everyone should take seriously. Even though the platform is developed a year ago, they are still new in this community and yet to build a solid reputation. Another good question is; Why does the casino advertise saying NO KYC while they might ask for a KYC from players?
