Disappointed at 0xbet
Made several deposits and made my first 3 withdrawals yesterday.
Shortly after I received emails saying my

"We are pleased to confirm that your recent withdrawal request XXXX TRX has been successfully processed and the funds have been transferred to your account"

But when I only see two deposits in my wallet and contact support and ask about the third they tell me it wasn't approved yet?.....
Something is very wrong with your site....

These withdrawals where made yesterday at like 11pm.

We have encountered technical issues with automatic emails, the problem has been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience.

@0xBet, you have updated the title on 18th August and added 'No KYC' in it. You have also added an image in your OP which says "No KYC for Crypto Players". Isn't there any limitation of the 'no KYC' rules for the crypto users? I have seen 3-4 more casinos who advertised here with 'no KYC' in their ANN thread, but they had applied the KYC rules on the crypto users too. How 0xBet will deal with the AML law, abusers and big withdrawals for crypto users?

We've talked about this before, and you can find it here.

Guy! You are welcome to the bitcoin forum I just glanced through the casino site and site is nice. The features are also well arranged. But what I want to ask that, is you casino require KYC for withdrawal or not? Let your campaign run long to attract more customers to your site. And also maintain a good name in the forum. Once again, you are welcome.

Usually, if you use only crypto to play with us, you do not need to verify your account, but this does not mean that you can use it for malicious purposes (create multiple accounts, launder money, use various strategies for playing) your entire stay on the site is monitored by a team of specialists, in case our team finds something suspicious in your game, you will still need to verify your account.

It's been 24hours now since I made all 3 withdrawals, 2 was sent within like 7-8 hours, the last one and only one above 100 euros still hasn't been sent
24 hours is a lot of time, and you have been patient enough, I must admit, but sometimes we just have to give a casino's estimated time before we run into panic, as it was stated on the second or third page of this thread and on their withdrawal terms and conditions that it could take up to 48 hours, which is approximately 2 days.

So I will advise you to give them that time and see what result comes up afterward (we hope for a positive one). If the withdrawal could not be processed during that time, maybe they will refund the money back to your betting account and remove it from the pending withdrawal, after which you might be allowed to initiate the withdrawal again, or you will be contacted with the reason for the withheld payment if there is anything you need to do.
Sure I understand what you mean but from the communication from the casino it doesn't help a lot when they are telling me it's been approved and so on.
And that two of my withdrawals
made at the same time almost was sent but not this one

Your first two withdrawals came almost in an instant, which is a good sign that they have a fast withdrawal system, but the other withdrawal the same day did not happen but is still showing as pending, right? and the support is telling you it's "being approved."

Which means it's awaiting approval from their financial team, or what? Let's just hope it's something like a network being busy or a glitch that might have been considering your withdrawal to be approved when it's not whatever it is. Maybe I hope it gets sorted out within their 48-hour time frame, and maybe they will have a recheck on their system for all withdrawals that went through and those that are pending. Let's just have a positive mindset and see what happens, as I believe their representative might come here to address the issue if need be.

No, they say it's been approved that's the wierd and confusing part.
And for what reason would the last withdrawal take so long..

Also they haven't responded to emails since that first stupid email.

Take it easy, guys. I understand that this may seem strange, but we promise to process your withdrawal request within 48 hours, although as you have already seen, it can happen faster. I'll be happy to help you understand this situation, please provide me with your casino account email in a private message.

I checked the platform and filled out the profile as well to avail of the free spins they have for new users like me.
And the one I notice is that I need to add the altcoins if I want to use them to gamble on their platform. I think I have the feelings in the long run I believe the platform will require KYC, but I guess I am wrong.

Aside from that, the minimum withdrawal they have is around 45 dollars, and while their minimum deposit is 22 dollars if I am not mistaken, that is not bad at all anyhow. And one thing I like is that they also have the slot games, which I always choose to play most of the time every time I go into gambling anyway.

At this point I just want my money and leave.
So horrible communication from them and no real answers.
All communication with them was like talking to a bot and auto replies.

Thanks for providing those screenshot. Maybe the withdrawal confirmation email was an automated system which was sent to you by mistake. They haven't processed your withdrawal as it is still marked as pending on your transaction history. You should reach their email support ([email protected]) to get accurate information about your issue. Live support agents aren't the best option to solve all the issues. Have you reached their email support yet?

Haha well email is almost worse....
https://pasteboard.co/oPmOseYjSMr5.png
Here they state that it was approved by the financial department(Still says pending in transaction) and it can take 1-3 business days to reach my bank?
ITS A CRYPTO WITHDRAWAL, there is no bank, and its TRON, which is almost instant.

With the first 2 withdrawals there wasnt any issues..., so it feels like excuses.

With this kind of experience, I am guessing, you won't play on this site after you got your funds from them.
This is a not-so-good experience, which is understandably like waiting in vain and you don't know what will come in between.
Tron is one of the alts, supposedly easier to handle when it comes to transactions, so yes, you would wonder why such fuss from them.
I hope the team here would be much more responsive when it comes to this issue because some players are reading on their thread,
and it will give a bad impression for them to try on this site.
Feedback is very important for some gamblers, and a strong basis won't just go away. They need to see improvement when it comes to handling issues.

Can you post the screenshot of your transaction page to make your claim valid? You have only posted the screenshot of the email message which says your withdrawal was processed, but we don't know whether it was your first or third withdrawal.

Bit funny when the support says they are handled in a live queue, the last withdrawal was only 10min after the second withdrawal that was sent 12h ago, so don't trust them at all

I have a problem with 0x.bet. Deposited 2 days ago through crypto but my money was not credited automatically even when the transaction was completed. Spoke to them every day but they are not crediting my money even after providing with the hash number and the screenshot of the transaction from my wallet. I wonder what will happen if I have to withdraw money from them...?!

Update: The deposit completed right now!

I contacted live support and the support agent asks me to provide my phone number so he can add it for me. Well, he did and it's still invalid. The last two digits are missing and I cannot verify them now. I cannot fill out the rest form without verifying my phone number. Right?

If the phone number was added by a support agent, you just need to fill in the rest of the fields, and then the save button will appear.

But it's not possible to verify the number when using the +62 country code. In fact, I don't want to use the number if it's an optional option.

Phone number verification is not a necessary step to play with us, make deposits and withdrawals. If you want to receive a FillnSpin Bonus (phone number verification is required), you can contact a support agent and they will add a bonus for you or replace it with any other bonus, just tell them you cannot verify your phone number.

That's good, because there are some casinos whose website doesn't look very good when using a mobile browser.
Those casinos that don't have a responsive website just have to work on it and hire some developers that they can trust to do it for mobile gamblers.

I think this site might also be a site that is more accessible using a mobile browser,
I just did tried it on a mobile browser and its fit and responsive, that's why for those gamblers that prefer to gamble through mobile, it's like the actual on desktop. It's handy honestly.

but from some of the community friends' responses above this thread discusses that they are associated with the 1xbit site where this site has a bad image in this forum with many cases that have not been resolved and have been marked as a fraud site, so it's still relatively new, I might be more careful too playing on this site. still want to see how this site holds up in the next few years
I've seen that and understood it through the replaced character. I hope that 0xbet proves everyone wrong and they make this platform greater than expected.

By the way, their website design looks familiar. I feel like I have seen a similar template before but I cannot remember which one. I liked the template anyway, no complain about it. I hope they will improve user experience.
It's not strange, usually there are several casinos that use the same template, that doesn't mean they are the same dealer, but it could be made by the same developer, there are lots of examples of the same website appearance like that, but as long as the website can be accessed using a cellphone easily, that's enough. That's good, because there are some casinos whose website doesn't look very good when using a mobile browser.

I didn't say it's strange at all. A website could be inspired by another one and might be wanted to design like the same. I know several websites that are inspired by stake.com but they are not related to stakes. But it's also true that a company likes to release several websites with similar templates. You can see Bitcasino for example. They have two more websites with similar templates.

I do not have any problem is a website even copying other websites. Maybe they can do it cheaper. I have seen a couple of similar websites like BCGame and when I asked for their support, they said they bought this from BCGame or kind of similar. I don't remember.
