Made several deposits and made my first 3 withdrawals yesterday.
Shortly after I received emails saying my
"We are pleased to confirm that your recent withdrawal request XXXX TRX has been successfully processed and the funds have been transferred to your account"
But when I only see two deposits in my wallet and contact support and ask about the third they tell me it wasn't approved yet?.....
Something is very wrong with your site....
These withdrawals where made yesterday at like 11pm.

Which means it's awaiting approval from their financial team, or what? Maybe I hope it gets sorted out within their 48-hour time frame, and maybe they will have a recheck on their system for all withdrawals that went through and those that are pending. Let's just have a positive mindset and see what happens, as I believe their representative might come here to address the issue if need be.
