Luck, hashrate, you name it - every graph in the website is showing nothing for me.  Huh

WTF 17d no communication? Graphs broken? This isn't the ozcoin I remember.

Which graphs?
Round is 17 days now because it seems this time we'll need more shares than average.
Last round the pool found a block with only 240K shares… but I didn't hear anyone complaining! Roll Eyes

I've contacted him two days ago and he said that there are some delays with payouts.

I talked with Wayno on IRC yesterday and he told me he should have fixed the payout system now.
Indeed, I've got my payout just a few minutes later. If someone still cannot see his payout on the blockchain I suggest him to contact an admin on IRC.

Curmudgeonly hardware guy
All of mine have gone through, some after a day or two but they always went through. Bad luck on the pool (which, after a dozen blocks at 300-400% diff with large users that could have found blocks faster solo mining, makes me think it was malicious) probably hurt the buffer. Couple that with various outside entities that, if I understand correctly, aren't repaying debts in a timely manner, has put a bit of a pinch on things. But if you look at the history of the pool, Graet's always come through even when it hurt.

Ozcoin shows it has been paid but it is no where to be seen in the block chain and that was two days ago.

I'm with you, I'm waiting for a 1.53184533 BTC payout to appear in the block chain since two days now…

Graet not answering emails.

Don't know about e-mails but he is still present in the #ozcoin IRC channel.

All I know is, when I went into IRC once to ask about the payments not coming through, the +o banned me.

Hopped off the pool after that.

This is not OK.
Payouts have been pending and confirmed yet are nowhere to be seen on the blockchain. At first we were told it was a technical issue but now I suspect that the pool operator is using the funds to pay more urgent debts which means miners are providing him with a 0 interest loan without their knowledge. Given this has been going on for a few weeks and the payment delays are increasing in duration, I've left and I would warn others to be wary.

Just noticed that my pending payout has just disappeared. Had only a small amount there... 0.01 ish, but there's suddenly no sign it ever existed :/

I trust Graet and Ozcoin more than most on the forum.

I understand your frustration regarding your payout but your suspicions are baseless. Ozcoin is an Australian registered business (ACN: 152 509 272) and Graet is publicly known as Graeme Tee. If he was going to scam people, he would have done so years ago.

What is the recommended ltc pool payout method? I'm confused on whether I should stick with DGM or POT. What are the benefits and downsides for these payout methods guys?

Can a pool operator unlock my bitcoin address. I want to withdraw my fund. I have the same username on ozcoin.

You should really ask on IRC or email [email protected] from the account you signed up with.
According to Graet's own words, the Bitcoin address lock "is a security feature to help protect your btc".
yes please use the email
from the email account you signed up with and include username
emails stand out more if subject "Unlock account" is used
Thanks

I see what you are saying, there seems to be a maximum of exactly 2147483647 (2^31) shares hit for several long rounds with obviously more shares than that. Hopefully this is not also happening in the accounting backend.

I noticed that my unpaid POT balance was still incrementing after the web interface hit the 2^31-1 maximum value so the backend should be OK.

Average number of shares per block has been 1275M, […]

The number of shares per block above cannot be accurate because it's clear now that currently the pool's web interface cannot account for more than 2147483647 shares per block:

Maybe it's time to use an unsigned int (or a long) to count submitted shares per block… Roll Eyes
