Now 16 days since BetVIP put this notice on their site:

I have now sent NINE emails requesting my betting history and haven't received it.

Cloudbet tell me they have also requested it on my behalf and have heard nothing.

The reason they will not send it to either of us is that it will prove they are lying when they say they owe me nothing.

What the hell can I do?

Cloudbet has taken over responsibility for paying out player accounts, but based on what tonyq has said the issue is with BetVIP saying that he didn't have any available balance to transfer to Cloudbet - this isn't Cloudbet's responsibility at all as the balance clearly hasn't been transferred to them. The issue is with BetVIP, unless you're suggesting that Cloudbet should pay out entirely based on tonyq's word, despite it obviously contradicting the information that BetVIP provided. As I said, he should complain to the licensing authority... that's what they're there for.

Priceless.

Why do I have to lose when the exchange rate is changing, and not them? litecoin->bitcoin->chips <> chips->bitcoin->litecoin -- it's bullshit. They should not say that they accept litecoins. They convert litecoins, not accept. There is a certain difference. Anyway they delay, their problem, their loss, their lesson...

did u email them? is my speculation correct or wrong?

Actually you should withdraw btc cos ltc is not good, it is altcoin, altcoin destroyed my life so I won't invest alts anymore.

And I can see it is their faults, because their email says they would send u 202 ltc, but they sent you 199, so they should send you the amount of 202, but not 199. They should tell you they convert btc to ltc and the rate is beased on the time when they send payment

Hi Tony and all,

As we have said multiple times, we do not have your betting or transaction history. Our records from BetVIP indicate that your account balance was zero. If you would like to retrieve your betting or transaction history, please contact BetVIP. We have tried to help and will continue to do so but we are not in a position to compel BetVIP to provide anything.

Regards,
Cloudbet

Sorry, I disagree....you have taken on their customer base. I'm sure they will furnish you with my details if you ask them to.
I was a customer of theirs and have been a customer of yours for a year.
The fact that they refuse to send me my betting history tells it's own story in my opinion.
Are you saying that BetVIP have told you that they will not provide my betting history to you either?
You can email me an answer to that if you would rather not post it on here.

And finally,
A couple of days before they folded it said in my account 'amount available to withdraw = 1.67 bitcoin'
How do they defend that??

Cloudbet have finally sent me a message:

Hi Tony
Thanks for your messages.
BetVIP have sent us a message again confirming that you are not owed any funds due to uncleared bonus. They say the only funds you had in your account were bonus funds.
It seems that is all we are going to get from them. Perhaps we could offer you a 100% match bonus of up to 2 BTC with 30x rollover to help bridge the gap?

A nice offer from them but the crux of the matter is that I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MULTIPLE BONUSES as BetVIP say I did and all I need is my betting history with deposits and withdrawals showing  so that I can prove it.
If they are so sure that they owe me nothing why do they not furnish either myself or Cloudbet with them?
Since seeing this on their site over two weeks ago (still there now) I have sent SEVEN requests for my betting history.
I have still not received them!

Why will Cloudbet not insist they are sent to them or me to end this matter once and for all?
Is that asking too much?....I don't think so.
You'd think they would jump at the chance to prove they are correct and owe me nothing.....why will they not send them?
As they refuse to answer my emails I have to keep on at Cloudbet to do it for me. After all, it's them that have taken on their customer base which includes me.....I am also a Cloudbet customer of long standing.
Finally, does anybody think I would be making such a huge issue of this if I wasn't absolutely certain they are wrong?
Come on Cloudbet.....get my betting history from them, they refuse to send it to me.

betcoin.ag - scam

I tried to withdraw...3238 chips -> litecoin

got mail jul., 13 at 10:50

I confirmed immediately after receiving the email...

after 5.5 hours (jul., 13 at 16:23) got next mail...

but...

202.375 - 199.63008631 = 2.74491369

I had to wait 5.5 hours and in addition got less than I should...SCAM

It is not a scam, I withdrew 8.237btc and it went well. Just email them, I think the difference should be the error they made, be calm. The other reason maybe your ltc went up, so you can withdraw less ltc, because they base on btc, but not ltc. LTC goes up, u get less ltc, LTC goes down, u get more ltc.

Cheers mate.
Its cloudbet, they're idiots, disgrace to customer service and are impossible to reach. If you get paid EVER it won't be for months I bet and honestly I doubt you will at all.

They can prove solvency but they can't prove professionalism. They really can't and its sad, its been multiple years and SOMEONE on their admin table is at least paying good for good site development (with all the lights and glamour...).

Sure Peeps.

I had been a customer with BetVIP for around 9/10 months when they folded suddenly.
I also had their banner at the top of bitcoinpunter.com and earned aound 3 bitcoin in affiliate payments in that time.
Those payments used to go into my betting account and I used to bet quite regularly with them. My single bets (all on soccer)  varied between 0.2 and 1.0 btc. I also deposited from time to time.
At the time they vanished, I had 1.67 bitcoin showing in my account.
A couple of days before they went belly up, I went to withdraw some bitcoin and it said 'amount available to withdraw is 1.67.....If I had bonuses to work through as they now claim, I would NOT have seen that amount available. When I was working my 100% deposit bonus through for the first few months after I first joined, the amount showing in my account was more than I was allowed to withdraw. Once I had turned it over,  it caught up and was the same. It was like that for 6 months.
Anyway, as I was about to withdraw,  a goal went in late in a game for me meaning I didn't need to withdraw as I had won enough elsewhere, so I didn't. What a bad moment that has turned out to be!
When they put it on the site on June 30th that the customer base had been transferred over to Cloudbet (where I've been a customer for about a year) I went there expecting to see my 1.67 btc. It wasn't there.
I then emailed them and asked why not. I got back this absurd reply:

Hi Tony
I have submitted a query to pull all your records. On my end what I can see is that you were issued multiple bonuses during your time with BetVIP. These did not have the requirements for a variety of reasons. One being that withdrawals of the principle amount were not allowed until the bonus funds were released. Once I have all the data and information I will forward this to you and we can take it from there.
Regards

A) I have no recollection of ANY other bonuses being issued to me (and we do tend to remember when we're given free bitcoin)
B) None of that response makes any sense to me whatsover.

I emailed back and requested they send my records to me so I could scrutinise them and got this back:

Hi Tony
Your account has been issued 4 separate bonuses since inception. I will send through the breakdown of betting and balance history shortly.

That was 10 days ago and despite sending them an email every day I can no longer get any response from them.
Leandro Rossi of Cloudbet was exchanging emails with me up until a week ago saying that they would be contacting BetVIP on my behalf but alas, he no longer responds to my emails any more either.
I am at a loss as to what to do next....I am on this thread talking about it, I am on the Cloudbet thread  also but nobody says a thing to me.....I have even sent two personal messages to Cloudbet via this forum that have also gone unanswered.

Incidentally....even if I am going senile and BetVIP HAD issued me with bonuses, the way I bet both in terms of stake size and frequency, I would have satisfied any bonus requirements in no time at all. But as I say, I only had my join up bonus.
I have never been so pissed off in my life. It's not a huge amount but it is mine and  I'd rather have it than someone else steal it from me.
How people can just get email after email and totally ignore them for this length of time is also truly beyond me.

Thanks Tony. I'll wait to hear from Cloudbet and PM you on this off board.

But if BetVIP refuse to send me my betting records (which will show I am correct) what can I do other than plead for Cloudbet, who took on their customer base,  to request those records on my behalf?
They have also gone silent on the issue.
It's so frustrating.
Even an email from either outfit telling me to piss off would be welcome at this stage!
 Embarrassed

tony- I know that you have posted about this numerous times but I'm still a little confused about what's happened with your account. Can you tell me what happened chronologically? thanks

betcoin.ag is a peace of sh*t. Inconvenient site, pages are loading for ages, support don't answer my ticket for a day, can't withdraw my money for 2 days for now.
Won't bet there anymore.

yesterday i made my first btc withdrawal of 8.2btc, and got paid in some hours, so I think you didn't confirm the email? Just check the email or spam fold, if there is no email, submit a ticket or email support, I think they will pay you. I like this site, it has awesome UI, the best VIP program, love it.  Grin

despite it obviously contradicting the information that BetVIP provided.
BetVIP have provided no information, despite claiming they will do so on what's left of their site.
I have sent 6 emails to them over the last 13 days.....they answered the first one saying they would send me my betting records showing they owe me nothing but haven't done so. Remember, 3 days before they folded, I could have withdrawn the whole 1.67 bitcoin if I'd wanted to.....suddenly they say I owe them it all.
Cloudbet said they'd take up my case but also no longer answer my emails  nor private and public messages on this forum.
I had my initial deposit bonus like everyone else and nothing else.
I worked that bonus through, many, many times.
I am being ripped off and nobody will talk to me or let me know what is happening.

I don't doubt your story at all - it's Peeps that I'm disagreeing with. It sounds like the issue is entirely with BetVIP, not Cloudbet (i.e. the information that BetVIP gave Cloudbet regarding your account balance was incorrect), as in an earlier post you said:

They [BetVIP] tell me that I was given four bonuses in my 9/10 months of betting with them......Absolute nonsense, I was given the one when I joined just like everyone else and turned it over many, many, many times.

It's a sub-license in Curacao that doesn't mean much.

Tony could be wrong in his assertions since I'm unsure of the facts.
