I looked through the basic books and haven't found offer of bonus for the deposit. Do BTC books offer it at all?

I'm not going to post much about DirectBet since he refused to abide by thread rules but I think it's fair to warn posters of problems. I've had the exact same problem. This is the biggest downfall to betting with DirectBet. Your bet is in limbo without being able to cancel.

Poster input plays a role in the ratings but I'm not going to put up a book at a rating higher than "C-" unless it's personally recommended. This is the only rating thread/site that I know of where a top book has never stiffed a player. All other rating guides have had at least 1 or multiple top rated books go under. Top rating would be considered in the top 3.
