bitsport.bet - new book.

No company name on their site plus Betconstruct software smells like scam.

/ also ridiculous betting limits. I can give you just one advice: Stay away from this site.

Your A- rated betcoin.ag sportsbook is recently in free fall on Alexa Global Rank: 163,185 - 55,576 = 51% down within 2 months!

So it might be dangerous to bet there...

- Betcoin.ag Alexa ranks: Global Rank:  163,185 - 55,576 = 51% down   Rank in US: 66,962

- NitrogenSports Alexa ranks: Global Rank: 51,627 + 12,032 = 20% up   Rank in US: 12,591

Alexa is valid to trust or not?

It´s only to check visitors

That's right. Still in my opinion, Nitrogensports beats Betcoin.ag in both trust and popularity.

Yup, Nitro is the largest sportsbook in the bitcoin gambling community, odds and betting limits are best, cloudbet has larger limits but odds are lower now. Cloudbet's support is terrible as well.

Trying to catch up a bit, but does this leave 2 sportsbooks? Nitrogen and BitcoinRush?

One of which (BitcoinRush) no one outside of Peep on this forum even recommends? We handled over ~28,000 btc in bets (not a lot compared to the kings like Nitrogen, but still worth mentioning).

Surprised that you guys have stayed under the radar on most sites.

Yea, I guess most people don't realize how small our team actually is compared to the big guys, we will be hiring shortly after our private equity opportunity is completed filled though.

There are pay sites much more accurate than Alexa. The decrease shown by Alexa is unrealistic.

It's easy to manipulate Alexa.

I’ve already written several blog posts about Alexa and how notoriously bad its statistics are. Not really surprising that they are bad if you know how the data for those statistics is gathered. For the bulk of their data Alexa relies on people installing the Alexa Toolbar (or a toolbar that passes information to Alexa). It’s this toolbar that monitors to which websites you go and how you end up on them.

This has as a result that demographic, used browsers, and even the country visitors are from influence the data that Alexa gathers about a website. This can introduce serious artefacts and biases into the collected data and basically makes the statistics generated from it worthless. At best it can give you an idea about how well a website is doing, but that doesn’t mean that what you’re seeing matches reality. I’ve already written a far more detailed blog post about how Alexa works and why you never should rely on the data it provides; it’s just too unreliable.

The best illustration I have about how unreliable Alexa’s statistics are is from when I compared HotWhopper and Real Sceptic. According to Alexa I had a higher ranking than HotWhopper and  HotWhopper’s Alexa ranking was dropping noticeably. But HotWhopper had fourteen times the number of pageviews and had nine times more visitors than Real Sceptic. What made it even worse was that HotWhopper’s pageviews and visitors were increasing. Statistics from direct measurements told a very different story than the one Alexa was telling.

It also made me wonder if it was possible to influence Alexa ranking/statistics. As Alexa does mention on their website that there are some other sources for the data they gather. Turns out this is surprisingly easy to do.

1) Who manipulate betcoin.ag's Alexa rank recently and how?

2) If Alexa's rank is heavily inaccurate, you can be rest assured that betcon.ag would have already paid for pay sites, to get a more accurate statistic.

3) You should see in your affiliate billing that the revenue decreased recently.

game-protect, nice job getting information on the books. I read everything that you post and saw a couple of things that you posted on Cloudbet and sportsbet.io

The recent CUT, CUT, CUT motto across the board (rakeback, promotions, signature campaign), confirms the decreasing traffic at betcoin.ag!

Alexa is without doubt, the most widely used and recognized traffic scoring system used today and websites proudly display their Alexa ranking like badges of honor. The higher you rank, the lower your score – a ranking of 1 being the highest accolade.

You have to have an Alexa toolbar to measure Alexa traffic. Alexa is easily manipulated. The bitcoin market is dominated by Nitrogen (#1), Cloudbet, then Betcoin.
