Obviously something is lost in translation.  I don't think he is using the word "hero" in relation to the forum rank of the same name.  But maybe, whatever.

Maybe he's looking for people with 1000 bitcoins, and he'll ask for their private keys to admit them into his association.

He may have a dubious character but he is not an idiot like you, this is a good idea but why send it to someone like you why not to someone who has a good character that is willing to accept, scamming him will not prove that all of us are wrong.

There is nothing shady. I just want to do something for the Bitcoin community. I have no personal interest at all. I am a grey beard man. Just imagine how the Prophet Moses was look like at the age of 84 ? If any one think I am trying to scam people then you are 100% wrong. I have no interest in money or fame. You you do not like my project then, you can make something what you like. It is a shame for those who are trying to use diplomatic words and phrases to undermined my project and myself. I guess he is not interested anymore or not getting any members to join his association, this is an ambitious project, and he is good at picking the words to use, it's very compelling, but since we are dealing online and we do not know each other personally, we pay attention to the trustworthiness of the members here, something he failed miserably, the lesson to learn here is to always come clean, so people will not suspect you on what you are going to do.

Because he think that Hero members can influence more users here since many newbie members are looking up to high ranking members achievements here, but I don't think there's a discrimination here since I'm sure that after he successfully recruit the High rank members the lower rank will follow.

But don't feel bad about it since you cannot get anything by the offer posted by OP since as other members said this one is so shady so better not to focus your attention and don't let yourself be curious on what he told you here.

Nah, its not something new when it comes to those kind of perception towards rankings where those noob ranks will really be treated up that way and also i do agree on the point
you had mentioned that this shouldnt really limit out only for Hero assuming that this stuff is on the legit side but it do really smells out like some scam.

If the true motive or thing is being mentioned directly on OP then he wont really be having a hard time on getting 1000 Hero members of this forum
and thats where suspicions begins if everything would be done in PM's or in private. 

Why op assume that only Hero members should be eligible for this? There are many low rank members who are more knowledgeable and can contribute much better than most of Hero rank members.
I don't think this discrimination on the basis of this forums rank is fair.

This thread is very interesting and so is the name of OP, it's not a coincidence that he choose that name, he really wants to be a savior that will lead us to the other side of the sea, let's see how he going to do that does he has the power to divide the sea so he can lead us to the other side, will watch this thread and see what he can offer us that will make him lead us to the other side.

I do not need money from any body atall. 1000 Bitcoin Hero Members Associan will beome a major societal organisation that will play a significant role not in the resetting of global financial service system in  connection to  Davos Economuc Forum but we will reconstruct the entire global financial mess created by our ancestors to a better financial service industry, which is really transparent and efficient with a justifiable outlook. which is purely ethical and reliable.

The Corona Virus Procol is playing a role to causing further financial climate change disrupted by the Bitcoin and Blockchain technology. I am expecting a global meltdown of the money machine known as central banking policies, which no government dare to even propose a proposal for reformation, because of the draconian dragon rules of the feudal financial elites. So, it was necessary for the emergence and advent of Bitcoin Cryptographic monetary protocols, which have played a dramatic role to cause the financial climate change in the world. They are completely conservative in reformstion of the International Monetary System IMS that is the stronghold of the 40000 financial elites.

Infact the Bitcoin and Corona Virus Protocol have saved the planet from a nuclear holocaust in 2019, as President Trump and Kim Jong Un were about to trigger a nuclear conflict in the last 2019. So the Corona Virus pandemic was a remedy for the whole world politicians to pay  complete attention instead of argumenting each other against each other for political supremacy and exploitation of the global resources.

Well that's real transparency since for that actions he can explain well the plan and intentions, Many people doubt this so showing his identity by creating a youtube video might gonna help others to understand this. But I will still not convince but let see how this ideas goes.

As long as there's no money involve from the people well for sure many will got an interest to participate here, but if there are money needed to be collected to be part on 1000 Hero members association then this is another story.

If you are honest and transparent why don't you create a video with your real self post this on Youtube explaining what your project is all about explaining who you are and what you have achieved in the Crypto world, if you want people to gain trust on you you should come here clean and transparent.

If you do not understand my language and strategic plan after 10 years your you are here in this forum then I must openly speak to you all those who are thinking I am yours' adversary, which I am not. You all are doing very hard work, I understand but you know, the wolfs in sheepskin have infiltrated and trying their best to take over the  Bitcoin movement. What they might do is, crash it and finally capture as many Bitcoin  ommunigy leaders possible and make them a good neihhbours of Ross Ulbricht or send them to heaven to meet Aaron Swartz and Harold Finney.

If the central bankers  buy up all the  Bitcoins and then  crash it, it will not hart you at all as you have made  billions of dollars  out it will bring back the Decentralised movement back to squre one. The one who has designed the  Bitcoin and wrote its manifesto knows what he is doing. Well, without yours hard work, bitcoin might remained in as a an small Level Corporation  but, you know, Satoshi Nakamoto created the community and  has  chosen a group of greedy developers to work in his project. Well even the project was hijacked from him but it has a mysterious sets of functionality which cannot be avoided as the plan was to bring the Zeenie is out of the bottle.

You know, some of you are thinking, that in the future you might try to introduce yourself as you are Satoshi Nakamoto to get a Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Science.  But it would not be ethical or wise for you because, that might lead you to become proud and it can  ause your self destruction. If you are a genuinely libertarian and care for the humanity then it is wise for you to be happy with the money that have made out of Satoshi's invention.

You do not have to deceive your own self. Be happy with what you have achieved. I am just a Bitcoin  Prophet Moses. I can fore see the future. Let us do the work together to take the  Bitcoin in the next stage. Even if you are one of the governments agent or Central bankers agent it does not matter. You have found an opportunity to do good works for mankind. So should we think ourselves as rival to each others. We human, we have common goal of life. Which are good health, enough wealth, sexual happiness and social respect. You need balance in this four principles.
 

Everything looks good unfortunately the account who created the concept has a dubious reputation in the past, I'm more on questioning the developer than the concept, if choosing between OP and a newbie coming up posting this stuff, I will trust the newbie because he is coming here with clean hands with no bad history here in Bitcontalk, the concept crumbles because of OP's character and reputation.

I don't believe that anyone will contact him, maybe just for fun.

Oh seems he will recruit 1000 hero's  thinking that he can organize some events that he can benefit or earn. And how can we believe on the words that he will fund this while he was seeking a donation for the Noble awards. Also how on earth people will believe that he is authorized by satoshi while if he want to do that he can simply show and post about this event.
