but when I try to convert to XRP it says "Please make sure your account has enough funds, and a trust line to a WLD gateway." So.. is this mean I have to get another trust line to convert my WLD to XRP?

We have to uniquely identify everyone in the world in order for this work. Facial verification is the best way of doing this, because it is highly reliable and makes claiming World dollars accessible to the entire world.
