not experiencing any prob on my end. anyway, as others have pointed out, this casino is requiring kyc and asking for some info that most of us dont want to divulge with gambling sites. so it is up to you how you deal with this reqmt.
looking at possible advantage of this casino over other reputable sites here. as they are offering the same games with other known casinos here. what is/are their edge over others? one thing is their no withdrawal fee/instant but it comes with the price of sending your doc? so your choice.
if they can modify their reqmts later on for those crypto users, maybe they will attract more gamblers from the forum. lets admit it, if there are casinos here in the forum that you dont have to submit anything and yet you are comfortable playing on the site, enjoying the same games, why would you go to a casino that will require your docs? just for the casino to think about here.

I was trying to register on this website, everything was going well on the first page of registration then on the next page it is asking details which most gamblers will not be happy to share.
Why do you guys need address and phone number while registration itself. You could have asked it at a later stage if you guys are asking users to complete the KYC.
I wanted to try your casino but the registration process itself is not a comfort for user like us.

Maybe this data is mandatory for all users but changing it or asking less personal questions for crypto users will be appreciated. The general registration is understandable for KYC&AML and I fully support preventing the abusers by confirming the phone number of each new user. Changing the phone number confirmation to email confirmation or letting us use temporary phone numbers will solve the possible problems for crypto users. Just my 2 cents.
Crypto users always try to keep their personal information safe. So it seems to me that such a registration system is detrimental to this platform. Now the team of this platform will understand which is better for them. We can only give them suggestions, now they will decide how acceptable that suggestion is to them.

Exactly this. There has been too many "professionally looking" websites that just farm data, and then do god knows what with it.
So they should expect registrations with names like space cowboy and similar, and then if they're really legit, can request kyc for big payments
As far as I can see, the biggest problem is providing information and documents to the casino. I can understand that. We are obliged to keep your data secure and safe by our licensor.
On the other hand, we will seek for a solution for players who wants to keep their personal specifics for themselves . Yet at this moment, we do must request KYC for various reasons in order to protect both sides.
