As far as the terms and OP also stated, yes the winnings from free spins can be withdrawn. Also stated in the site.
I just don't like the registration. It needs your Full name, Address, City, Country, Birthdate, which already violates why we are doing gambling in crypto. You can't just fill it with a fake identity since, in the end, they will ask for documents that should match the information.

It is free, you dont have to make deposit. What you need to do is to claim it, play it then complete the wagering requirement. Why there is a limit? Which other gambling site don't restrict their gambler's winnings which they got from free spin dude?
