Hi, i'm mining zcoin in miningpoolhub.com with ccminer cuda9 and i'm getting 13mh/s with my 4x1080TI rig, seems to be good profit, i've started yesterday, seems more profitable than zcash right now.

I've noticed a very low consumption mining zcoin.... only 640w the full rig, that's my command line :

ccminer_cuda9 -a lyra2z -o stratum+tcp://europe.zcoin.miningpoolhub.com:20581 -u user -p pass -i 21

is it possible to get more MH/S adding something to my command line? (i've tried with -i 22 but it crashes).

Im also mining this right now. You forgot to say that you need cuda 9 and the new ccminer fork that came out 6 days ago.

True, i've used this version : https://github.com/djm34/ccminer-msvc2015/releases/

Have you checked the power consumption?.

Now i want to test with HSR too but I've tried with the alexis version cuda 8 but i get rejected shares is it normal?. How can I fix it?.

it's build from the source here: https://github.com/HcashOrg/ccminer-hsr

only SM_6.1, only x86, CUDA 8.0 ccminerX86C80_HSR.7z

but like some others said before, the train is gone.

First time heard hsr algorithm, I googled around just now and seems like it is a coin created by Chinese community, no wonder I never seen announcement at bitcointalk.

looks like another chinese shitcoin only good for the devs and early "adopters":

Quote
Pre-ICO investors will hold 12.6 million (15%);

Im not saying you wont make money with it, Im saying this coin has no future.

I have a question for you all 1080ti miners. I plan on buying couple gpu (i prefer Nvidia), but it seems to me that rx Vega is much more profitable and even cheaper than 1080ti. What is your opinion?

Vega 56/64 can only be bought as blower cards right now and are good on Eth/dual and Monero/XMR and look to be at best $3 per day

1080ti can be bought in all sorts of configuration and are good for a wide variety of coins and algorithms, some of which can produce $4-6 (or more) even now in this relative downturn.
Not so long ago during peak times I was seeing $16+ per day per card, and maybe those days will return Cheesy

What?
$4-6 today on a single 1080ti?
Which coin/pool is that?

it's True , i start mining today this coin with 3x 1080 TI (2 ASUS OC STRIX and 1 ZOTACK Extreme) the h/r are ~17 - 17.8 MH/s all 3 cards make 55+
I do not find a calculator for this coin, but with a normal calculator and a wallet log, I get the same digits
if the rate persists or increases ... things are not to be underestimated

Which coin do you mine now?

Hshare (HSR)

HSR train has gone away Sad the difficulty and nethash growth very quickly. Just few days ago it was great but now it's over
There are so many miners now that any arbitrage window gets closed within a few hours. Most of the algos are now showing comparable (i.e. low) daily returns. Add to that the fact that BTC seems to be going up solo, completely de-coupling from altcoin prices, there's not much left for us to do than pick a coin and stick with it for a while.

He just got lucky. You cant say you make 4-6$ a day because you hit the pump (you could say you were making 20$ mining lbc or vertcoin if you were mining it just before the pump). The thing that is a fact is that 1080ti makes 3$ max and vega makes 4$, its cheaper and with lower power consumption.

if you say ... it is

(i've tried with -i 22 but it crashes).

where are you mining? what pool and what settings? I get every share rejected due to 'to low' difficulty with my 1080TIs.

use ccminer/2.0 settings are the normal . Use pool : http://yiimp.eu and Wallet : cryptopia.co.nz

Mine at yiimp.eu. (hsr)

what result do you think your software will give to my 1080 TI ?

The result would be making sp_ a tad richer and you 0.05 btc short.

I'm sure, but we have not started the bargaining yet. when it comes to this I can give it, but not 0.05 a 0.0005 or a payout after the software gets them Smiley
