If I have $12000 this moment I will probably buy it on cheap cryptocurrencies out there that I really think that has the better chance to increase its market value this coming days so that I can be able to get back what I had invested for and at the same time take some profits from it and then reinvest it again on the same tactics again and again.
If I only have $12000 to invest I will surely invest it on cheap cryptocurrency which has the bigger probability in growing and increasing its market value, even though it's only $12000 but if you will spend it wisely it will gonna gain you profits double or triple your investment in a short span of time, ending up your $12000 money well spent in your growing investment.

2. Buy 5-10 good altcoins.
I liked the strategy of putting money into the top 10-20 coins listed on coin market capitalization website. Many breakout coins with lots of upside. Only need 1 or 2 to take off. It minimizes your risk.
If you like and can tolerate risk newer altcoins are cheaper.
I like Utrust and Deepbrainchain. Both are cheap and will be huge successes.

I agree with Destroyeroff98 opinions that never put all eggs in one basket. divide it to many.So don't try to invest all your investment in crypto,almost 25% of your all income put in your safe bank. and divide other 75% in below three categories.
First invest 50% of total(75%) in Bitcoin;
25% in Ethereum as it is next to Bitcoin.
and 25% in other top 20 good coins/tokens.

Don't just put $12000 into ONE coin, share it to some of your favourite.
The situation in the market of crypto currency is changing every day. If you want to invest money and not trade for six months or a year, maybe more. Choose currencies from the top 50. They will not disappear, you will not lose money. These are good stable projects. And do not forget to take all the coins from the exchange to your personal wallet.
