Nothing can predict the value of BTC and ETH. Too much news to create FOMO effect, besides there are too many BTC and ETH holders. BTC is a top coin on the coin, so the value of the BTC will make a change to the value of the ETH. But I have a belief that BTC will increase strongly in the future.

Im my opinion it would be better to hold ETH, because it has more potencial for growth because it is altcoin. But Bitcoin is a stable investment and you can make 50/50 of these two coins.
