i prefer to choose 150 ETH, because i think fluctuations in ethereum prices are lower than bitcoin and there are so much token which platform are based on ethereum (ERC-20)
100ETH and will do the 50ETH to be with BTC, so i can have the win win situation on this.

You do not have to choose between them, and it would not even be an easy choice. The safest would be to buy 75 Eth, and 4,75 BTC IMO
