Ethereum for sure. If bitcoin rises, ETH will rise too.
If you want to invest in "main" coin like that, i will advise you bitcoin, it's THE cryptocurrencies, the most secure ! After i love ethereum too but if i have to choose --> bitcoin, the safest of the safe ! 
Well I don't personally bet too much on any of those two... just because the upside potential in good altcoins and tokens is much greater than in the established ones like BTC and ETH. Upside multiples can be a totally different game. You just need to do your research carefully and don't trust ICO listing sites etc. because ratings can be bought. Careful research is very important to avoid scams and other low quality projects - don't trust anyone but your own research!

My most recent find among alts is AXU, "Argentas Exchange Unit" token issued on the Stellar platform and listed and verified on the Stellarport decentralized exchange, now only at its pre-distribution, or pre-ICO phase. A true hidden diamond, with low profile so far. Experienced people clearly, and cool tech for decentralizing and revolutionizing global banking - their website at argentas.io.

But don’t forget your own research!Stellar has also taken a hit recently but overall it's a good project with a strong use case and already existing customers in the IT industry like IBM. But I would still rather build a portfolio of coins than to pick just a handful regardless which these are.

I will choose 150Eth firstly it allows me to be more diversify and i am able to use some eth to exchange for other altcoins and it is easier for me to store all altcoins in one wallet and i am holding a bigger amount of coin whereas if i change to btc i am only holding a small amount.

You should not put your money in one option, you must remember crypto is very unstable and the price is always changing, and you better share 50% for bitcoin and 50% for ethereum.
It's good you go for both coins. BTC has many investors attraction and will go to the moon soon. Just from the last December, BTC waiting for the next high jump. Since, In short time ETH made really good growth. In compare to BTC, ETH has fast growth in terms of people attraction, market cap all the things. That's why it's good to invest in both.
ETH is much better to hold. Last year, BTC goes up from 1000 to 19000usd. And ETH goes up from 30usd to 1500usd. ETH has a huge potential.

I'd rather choose to have 9.5 BTC rather than just having ethereum because the bitcoin and ethereum price movements are faster with bitcoin and not only that, bitcoin also has a lot of bitcoin supply so that it will make the price of bitcoin increase rapidly.
i would recommend 75/25 ( ETH : BTC) ..because we can't expect bitcoin to rise like last year .but ETH has potential
Nice thinking, price now offer a lot of etherum for not that big amount of money and if speculations will be right we could earn a lot of more. That is not a reason with any substance. Ethereum would have to overtake Bitcoin in order for your suggestion to have a positive outcome.
Now the price for bitcoin is growing because of ETF, but when the speculation ends it is better to prefer ETH, which in October is expected to have a hard fork. I am sure that after solving the technical problems the price for Ethereum will rise both against the dollar and against bitcoin.
I like Ethereum more. It has more use case, at least the way I look at the market, with all the ICO-s accepting more likely Eth, than Bitcoin. It's price may will grow better too.
I'm a holder of both BTC and ETH, but I prefer holding BTC for now because if the CBOE ETF will be approve in mid September, I'm sure that BTC will be the first coin to skyrocket because it is the most well known and popular coin in the market, the majority of people in Wallstreet and Institutional Investor only know BTC is the cryptocurrency, so the best choice is BTC than ETH.

I would advise you to buy both of these currencies equally, because they are promising in their growth. But still in Bitcoin faith more at the moment.
Very funny situation if talking about it. But if I had these coins, I would rather have chosen ethereum. After all, the cost of eth is very low in comparison with bitcoin and there is a big potential for its growth in the future where it is possible to make not bad profits. If bitcoin goes up, then ethereum is likely to grow up and even overtake it by capitalization. The future is already close and how to talk about how we live will see who is better from the bottom.
