Maybe I'm wrong but I think 2nd answer is related to that Yellow Submarine cover rather than The Beatles in general, I mean why pick exactly that visual to represent The Beatles.

Maybe another band/musician covered this album so we should look for those people who made a cover of it.

Imho, while we don't have a certain answer, nothing is completely ruled out.
