It seems unclear, however, binary notation is written in many different ways:

Which is unfortunately 11 digits.
Assuming the answer is binary ONLY, then it has to be between 0 and 511.

The key has to do with number 4 obviously but i cant figure out how, i tried 101 4 times and bin it but it didnt work
