Was not paying for funding an option?

of the addresses listed above - 9 show never funded (one which matches the SN of Dustin's #29) and 1 shows underfunded.  of the ones that were funded, one shows redeemed.

now he did state he bought the gold second hand - could be the original buyer never paid for the funding? or didnt confirm receipt of the coin to get the funding?

based on the sales thread user @slimzak was the purchaser of both the gold and silver #29's

***I did just check the gold #29 I purchased second hand and it Doesn’t appear to be loaded and need numbers so I can check the silver #29 poker chip.
