It was your comment here made me to go and check the website/casino in some of the review sites and from Trustpilot https://www.trustpilot.com/review/1win.org.ua the casino is reputation is not good. And it has a lot of complains there about delays in withdrawal which I'd the most dangerous aspect of any casino and also poor customer support services. Really the recommendations from the reviews are not encouraging but the casino can prove them wrong by doing the right thing here in the forum. As already written elsewhere, this does not necessarily mean anything. You can also google “BC.game scam” or “Amazon scam” and you will find more than enough “testimonials” which should indicate that the respective writer was scammed by the casino. In most cases, however, it turns out that the poster in question deliberately violated the ToS and that the casino was therefore in the right and had to refuse to pay out. In some cases, this even went as far as falsified KYC documents being proven against the accusers.
I therefore have little confidence in Google reviews, as they are not verified. However, if there are more (justified) accusations, e.g. on BTCGosu or here in the forum, I definitely attach importance to them. However, this is not the case with 1Win. )

About truspilot , satisfied people will not go there and leave bad reviews.
In this forum alone, there were some casino abusers who had the audacity to write lengthy scam accusation posts. In other cases, it was also revealed, some were barking at the wrong tree or had the wrong idea about something.
It wouldn't be so surprising if a similar situation could occur in trustpilot that is much more popular than bitcointalk. Hence, I believe a discussion is necessary. I think it's only fair that we hear both sides of the story first.

I often see 1Win on many platforms, and its good that they finally created a thread here so they are bringing their brand to be more competitive. and they've done the right thing, getting a manager who knows how to promote a project here. The announcement is good, but the rep needs to be more active here, and of course the signature campaign is a good start for a casino that just introduces their brand here.

Ok so base on those feed backs on trust pilot it seems there's something wrong going here. But maybe you could also post a scam accusation against them if you have proof that they scam you.
For sure many people would support you if they many people here could verify your allegations against them. So far their ratings somehow gives them negative impressions for some people, but if you have further more evidence to post then follow those recommendation since for sure that no people would support them if they are really a bad casino.
