But I do not think this should be locked hence users/gamblers may discuss here about their opinion.
I agree with you that this post should be kept or move to reputation for more contributions from different views.

OP Please lock the thread. There is no need to bump a thread involving 1xbit on the reputation board to give them more visibility because I have seen nothing but repeated replies and spam. I've reported some and hope mods pick up soon.

Or last say that their thread should be deleted from Bitcointalk to avoid further damages and letting people to promote it. But Truth be told about it, since it has been flagged scammed it best known to participants not to apply on it or even to run a signature campaign for them without being innocent, scam free.

I agree with you that this post should be kept or move to reputation for more contributions from different views. Locking a well articulated post like this affect future inference. By the way this one some people are saying that this post is not for this board. Is this not scam accusation Board? Is this post not accusing 1xbit a scam site? As far as 1xbit is still operating in this forum, it is a suspect until it found guilty and punish for it scam activities. Yes, some people have brought out evidences but have it punished? So if I were you, I would have allowed this thread to be for others to say their views, so people teach and learn. Because this is one of the crucial issue.. although I have learned a lot from it, let others come and learn too, or instead move it to the appropriate Board if this one is not for it.

I created this thread here because I thought this is the best place because I saw Scam Accusation but you know better.

This thread is for accusing someone, and for accusing someone you need evidence. From what I understood from your posts, you don't have any evidence, just doubts as to what about 1xbit casino think. In my opinion, these types of statements and the related conversation are more appropriate for the "Reputation" section here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=129.0

This thread should be locked or move to the reputation section there is no proof of accusations not because I'm siding with 1XBIT but we must follow the right format it's and the title is quite misleading they are not suspected scammers they are proven scammers with so many scam accusations it's been proven, nobody can argue this.
I want to say that I am agree with you regarding this post should be locked or it should be moved on the reputation board. Because this is not a scam accusation but this post is regarding the reputation (negative) of 1xbit. But I do not think this should be locked hence users/gamblers may discuss here about their opinion.
I prefer this discussion locked and any further discussion about 1XBIT should be in their announcement thread or existing thread accusations, it hurt more if a discussion like this is on their announcement thread because this is the most viewed and where people first stumble 1XBIT when they search it in Bitcointalk.
The announcement thread is the most important thread of any project and if it's full of negative feedback it will hurt the project a good casino should have clean and good feedback from their announcement thread to be able to operate well.

Thank you very much for this proof and information. ignorance is always coming from lack of information. But why people themselves would still applied upon seen these proofs. Is it that they have not seen it or they are ignorant of the scam allegations?
it's both, 1xbit is active in advertising on different platforms and on social media so there is a high chance that new gamblers playing in their casino have not seen or heard of the scam accusations coming from this forum and would only stumble upon it once they have experienced an issue on the gambling site and looking for someone to help them fix the issue.

Yet, I still prefer creating a special thread to inform and orient the people in the beginners & help Board. So that people will be well inform because I still believe most people don't know about 1xbit. By creating a thread on that Board and warn them to apply. Anyone that apply. Then we know that the person is promoting Scammers, infact he is a scammer himself. As for now the information as not been circulated to everyone. So I still believe that most people are still ignorant of it.

You don't have to and you should not here in the scam section, it will set a bad example for people to post without proof, we don't need a special thread on any subject for this section, only those who got scammed can, and should open a thread, you are breaking the forum rules you already past a newbie rank act on your status be a good example.

Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

I asked them in 2 following emails what was the violation but they simply didn't reply back at all , so the quote was their first and final reply

I didn't report the case here cause I know they are scammers and since the day I joined them I knew that most likely this will happen at any given time , but since they came back to forums few days ago claiming they will fix all their old problems ( probably  because the majority of the accusations were made by inactive people long time ago ) they sent me the following in pm

Got a response from security.

If a betting participant commits fraudulent acts in relation to a betting company (registration of multiple accounts for arbitrage betting in this exact case), the betting company reserves the right to stop such fraudulent acts by means of the betting company:
- betting cancellation;
- closing the client's account with a refund, but without taking into account the dishonest income received.

The amount of deposited funds is paid to the player in full.

so now they are saying that I was multi accounting and arbitraging , well anyone with arbitrage knowledge can know that they are full of shit
first of all my deposits and bets were really small with them so it doesn't make sense to arbitrage ( my avg bet size if I remember right was around 8 mbtc , I doubt that I had anybet over 20 mbtc )

also people multi account to avoid small betting limits while this is totally not the case with 1xbit , if you ever tried them or their site 1xbet in the past you would know that you can bet their limits several time within the same account
like if limits are showing 5 mbtc you can bet 5 mbtc then bet that amount again and again with new betslips and that was confirmed by their live support

also in the past I asked them about using VPN and live support said it's totally fine to use it with them , but still I was using my real IP with them most of the times except few times maybe where I had to turn on the VPN for other sites and accidentally login to their site but anyways they didn't mention any other accounts or IP addresses in both of their responses

the whole case is my words against their words since I don't have access to account and can't even post the betslips I had with them , but since they are trying to act like angels that want to solve problems and start clean I thought I need to share my experience here especially that they are starting a sig campaign

most people that are working and the people that are applying for 1Xbit signature compaign are innocent.
You are kidding, right?

3 - about them being scammers " although i just think they are scammers ", unfortunately there is still no very concrete proof of what is really happening, example:

there hasn't been a member of this forum that is reliable who has tested this scam site and came to post proof that he had his account blocked, so it's hard for us to know what's really happening with these so many people that almost every week appear in the  they thread complain about their account blocked

There's concrete proof. Maybe you just didn't pay attention.

1. How come that 1xbit has the highest number of scam accusations and complaints? We don't we see such a high number of complaints from users of fortunejack, bitsler, Bustadice, Roobet?

2. You wanted proof from a reliable member? well, here is one. Same complaint like most newbie accounts have been complaining.

What happened::

on February 2019 I created an account with 1xbit fully knowing that they have tons of scam accusations , was trying to see how they operate since pretty much all of the scam accusations here were coming from newbies and I thought maybe these accounts were actually arbitraging with them
so I was making small deposits and small bets ( at least comparing it with the others that I use daily ) and was pretty much withdrawing the profits everytime I can just to reduce the risk of them scamming much more in case they decide to close the account

on a day of June last year I had a sick run where actually my balance became over 100 mbtc ( I forgot the number but it was 100-110 mbtc ) so tried making a withdrawal of 30 mbtc if I remember right then my account got frozen
contacted their live chat and they said that I need to to email their security team , I did that and got the following response :

1Xbit has been suspected or accused of scam yet the company is still running in the forum. Why?
Thats because the forum doesn't moderate scam and this is one of the disadvantages of decentralization.

The company would have been ban to avoid people from registering in it. As the company is active in the forum, people must apply to work with them because it pays it's workers.
If the company is banned from this forum some people will still be the victim of their scam act if they can not do due diligence because the gambling site in the subject is advertised on many platforms and Blockchair once advertised their banner

Not that people are promoting scam by registering or applying  to work for them, most people that are working and the people that are applying for 1Xbit signature compaign are innocent.
What you said here is contradicting your previous statement and for your information, anybody that promotes a well know scam company is automatically a scammer because they are helping them to gain more awareness.

Your post was something like below images while you have mentioned everywhere even on the title of the post. You have mentioned everywhere the name of 1x.bet how you have changed the name from everywhere from 1x.bet to 1xbit? I was surprised to see the name on the 1xbit on the post while I have seen the name of 1x.bet on email notification.

Therefore, I suggest that, the company (site) should be banned or restricted from the Bitcointalk forum, so that people will not fall victim and not to register in it.

It is a good thing that the forum did not ban the scam 1xbit from registering here. Letting them here is a way to even alert others that there is a scam accusation against it. People google 1xbit and search leads to this place and other sites. This forum is talked about as a trusted site for cryptocurrency and those who read about this scam will believe at once and avoid investing in 1xbit.

For that the moderators should not tag the red negative trust to the people that apply. If the site is ban or inactive nobody would apply. We need only legit or genuine activities in this forum. So the administration, moderators should also do their work. Don't blame people that apply for the sit because you keep it active

The red tag is to warn others that those who support 1xbit are also like them and no one should trust him.

There’s no solutions yet for this aside from making flags and giving negative trust beside those who got scammed are not yet a member of this forum they only came here if they become a victim.

With all the flags and negative trust to those who promote 1xBit, I’m confident that every old users here knows that this is a scam site and they are avoiding this at all cost. Only if we can know the real identity of the developer, for sure many victims will run after them.

You're already a member rank on this forum but until now you don't know the right section where to post discussions like this if you've been scammed by 1XBIT you should post your evidence and follow the right format we all know that 1XBIT is a proven scammer even though it's proven, still, anyone who accuses should provide proofs like screenshots of deposits, winnings and communications, this thread doesn't have one.

1xbit can not be banned because scam is not moderated on this forum but you can give the campaign manager and the people participating in the campaign a negative trust which can help others to avoid such scam betting site. I also wish the site is banned but scam is not moderated.

So, passionately Sir, ho does this make sense, that the forum is rather treating an effect and gettisoning the cause?

Cause for sure many a person will be lured in to apply for a signature as far as it's allowed to seeking for applicants . And those that applied now end up being victimized. How rational is that??

It is true that 1xbit is connected to every gaming related platform, so their reach is much higher. Because they spend a lot of money on marketing, and they get a lot of new users. If you check on YouTube you will see that 1xbit has a lot of promotional sponsored videos. So even if their activities are stopped in this forum, their reach will not be reduced.

New players may be wary of the 1xbit activity in Bitcointalk, as signature campaigns in the forums may not increase their reputation because community members know how dishonest 1xbit is.

1Xbit is active on several media platform. even if they are banned from bitcointalk ... they are not banned from many many websites related crypto world.
I have seen their banner even in coinmarketcap or publish0x just to mention 2 website.
99% of people that have complaints about them have not used bitcointalk before....here there is a clear warning on their profile + several topics of complaints.
at least here they can reply to accusations and provide solution for their issues, I mean at least we a direct dialogue with them and we can report all issues.

1Xbit has been suspected or accused of scam yet the company is still running in the forum. Why?
you've asked a similar question before and I replied that is the forum does not moderate scams, the admin wants the forum to be as unrestrictive as possible. since them(1xbit) being banned won't happen, the only thing we can do is spread awareness and hope gamblers who would stumble upon the scam accusations on this forum would help them reconsider their decision to play on 1xbit.
