Topic: 1xbit took my deposit/winnings and closed my account (Read 312 times)

1xbit dont want to pay my money, they refuse to give me my money, they steal from me!
I sent email, writing on chats, everything I did and they not responding to me anymore, and they not give me my money.
They refuse to give me the money I have on the account, they just logged me out from my account, and not give me anymore access. They stop collaboration without refund, or give me to withdraw my money. This is insane. If there is some 1xbit support on this forum, can help to get my money back to me, otherwise, this is big scam.

Hello everyone, I must open case here because 1xbit.com is biggest scam betting website on internet. They steal from people too easy and this scam must be stopped.
I deposited 240 usdt to account first time created on this website. Then bet on two games. First lost, and second won 214 usdt.
Tried to withdrawal, and then my account goes locked and cannot login. Then I sent email and they said stopping cooperation with me because violated terms? What terms? I did two bets, freaking two bets and you are telling me I have violated any terms? You are thief you know that? I will show to all people here the screenshots proof of my bets I did, and picture is before I did the bet, and after the bet won, so you are not giving me access to login to my account, and also not giving my money on my account.What is this? Is this any kind of illegal activity you are doing to all people who will win something there? Anyway I have never did any withdrawal money there and you not give me my money!
I have evidence pictures of my two bets, before win and after win of my second game. I have total 214 usdt and i can show everyone that this is very big thief of website.
If you can see that of support again and fix this i will rate this as 5 stars. If not, you are big thief and money stealers.

THIS 1xbit.com is biggest scam on internet. THey are just scamming and want to take your money, if you win little, they will make your bet as void, and they will say you know the result before.
I will show you proof of my bets and to see how they scamming people. This is important proof and want to see all people on bitcointalk how  they are scamming and this is ultra lying. I dont know why this website is still online on internet, how internet criminal not blocked this website anymore.
I deposited 204.89 ADA on 1xbit, and it is 204.89 euro in currency.
I did 6 bets, and all regular. And I win something like 250 ADA, so they block my account.
I wrote email to security, and they said they stop collaboration  to  me. I logged in to my account and WHAT TO SEE! They did void my win bets, and not void my lose bets.
I write to chat whats happening here, how my bets who I won are void, and the lost one is LOSE. They said you know the result HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA........ HOW can i know the result of the two games different bets are you joking me? And they refused to give me the winning games.
I will show you proof of this scammers of my betting account ,to see if you win, what they are doing. They will void your win games, and the lose bets ARE LOSE BETs!!!!

First bet was lose, and they not change as void, and the 2nd and 3rth , where my bet was high, they made VOID ofcorse, beucase I won money there. This is total scam and that scammers must be quit from internet. They are criminals number 1 for betting!

They pump a lot of money into advertising. Never seen a scam company so aggressive in advertising like 1xbit/1xbet. From mainstream media such as TV to different websites, forums and blogs you won't miss seeing their adverts. In fact, they tried it on Bitcointalk too, but the community reacted negatively immediate.

What makes matters worse is that they are affiliated with popular brands via sponsorships. They sponsor La Liga, Seria A, FC Barcelona etc. I do watch so La Liga and Seria A Matches and you won't miss seeing their ads getting played on the stadium banners. This can easily confuse newbies to think that they are legit

So you were aware that there are problems with them still you went ahead and played there? I am sorry but if that's the case you deserve to lose the money and you are not just getting scammed but keeping their hopes high.

They will most probably not solve the case but at least the user has a written case later on if he ever needs it to prove how he was scammed. Proofs and details are important because if someone manages to get a hand on the scam 1xbit then maybe people can get their coins back but would require at least a properly filed complaint. No harm in filing a complaint and making noise will at least scare other members away from the scam.

Too bad because they are already branded as a scammer platform in this forum and you didn't do your research and hopefully this will be a lesson for you and other newbies to do some research before going in. You might be lucky though as they are trying to resolve some of the issues from other players although I am not sure whether those people got scammed for real or they are paid actors to make 1xbit look like they are heading to a different direction.

To strengthen your case post proofs like deposit and transaction text, it's been proven that 1xbit is a scam gambling site if you are new players here, it's your fault for not following advised not to play here, wait for the representative to drop here he will post alibis on how you got ban, of course, he will blame players again as they did in the past.

World Wide Web has its dark and bright side. And it's easy to misuse it.

There are many accusation against 1xbit comes from newbies account here. That means those user create bitcointalk account after scammed by 1xbit. That also means that those people don't search in google about 1xbit before making any deposit. And when they see they can not withdraw the fund, use google and try to find it's real or not. But the same thing if they did before making deposit hopefully don't lose the money.

btw really sorry for losing the fund OP. And just want to notify you that when you make a accusation try to described all things with some valid proof.

many members have already said this but I will repeat: you need to show proof, even if they are well known for not doing a good job, for having many accusations, it is still necessary for you to post proof so that we can leave negative feedback on their account and support your flag. if you don't post proof how do you expect the community to help you? or how do you expect 1xbit to be pressured and forced to solve your case? it is impossible to help you without post proof

they are paying people to promote them in different platforms. They are luring people who has little knowledge on how the internet can be a cruel place.

Can you clarify this, you play on 1XBIT because you find it here, all topics about 1XBIT are all about how they scammed their members, you are not reading the whole topic here there are so many scam reports about 1XBIT and yours is no different, you are putting the blame on Bitcointalk for finding it here, you should be responsible for your action.

What's the point to post the proves and all these stuffs. Is anyone here who believe that 1xbit will not scam? They have a proven history of scamming their clients and this could be another easy one. Check all the accounts they have created on this forum and the trust feedback they have earned.

I believe you are right because 1xbit was indeed good at coming up with a lame excuse just to justify their action and I could remember the time they claim to be under another management. But, on a serious note whoever is behind 1xbit she/he is so good in scammer and I am surprised how they are still unable to lure people to their site despite all their reputation.

You can find them on this forum, but their main account hasn't been active since Apr 30th, so i doubt you will get what you looking for. 20 mbtc or 0.02 btc or around $1140 still big amount considered to loss by that scammy site. Did you have tried to contact them through their ticket support (i doubt they have given you answer though)?

1xbit are scammers. It's sad that you didn't realize that you hadn't known about this before you sent money and started using their site. They have hundreds of scam accusations here and on different website online

25% is too huge a chance to recover coins from 1xbit. 1% would be more accurate. They always come up with an excuse of suspicious activity or fraud investigation.

Sorry for your loss mate, you'll find them here but the chance of you getting back your lost coin is 25% cause this gambling site has been accused of scamming their users on several occasions and I don't why you guys still make use of it despite all the unclear accusation they had. How do you find their site before you use it?
