don't get me wrong, lots of old people use starter accounts just for something. but especially for beginners who are here it's normal to have mistakes whatever that is.

but after all, sometimes beginners who come here to look for gambling don't research the casino first. even though the representative's account has been marked red which beginners should know about and must check the entire casino before registering or making a deposit. if something like this has happened, complaining will only be pointless.

they should have created their own business under a different domain name. one search via google and they should have known that 1xbit has a lot of unresolved cases. they are just giving a headache on themselves. but if the new management is not legit, it means, the OP is just trying to catch some naive players to play on the site using their name. and probably disappear once they got a hold of some money. the good thing here in the forum is that i don't think a lot are playing on this site. unless, maybe you are a promoter or even the promoters may not be playing at all on this site.

He is right in informing us that 1xbit1.com redirect to 1xbit, but I don't think it is under new management because a casino that has a bad name and with new management is actually good news because there's a possibility of them rebranding and trying to regain their reputation but checking the site, there's no announcement on that.
OP is lying about the new management announcement and he isn't part of the 1xbit management based on the official bounty manager of 1xbit post.
Whatever his intention is, we should be careful dealing with this guy don't provide any confidential information if you're a complainant.

I ask you the following question: do you know how much money they must pay their customers? do you know how many customers more or less they stole? do you have that money to pay everyone?

What motivated you to buy this casino? knowing that the injured parties can file a complaint with the police and you will one day be arrested? who the hell in this world would buy a scam casino and still take the money out of their pocket to pay the injured parties and risk being arrested?

I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Anyway my account is 464610259 and I will send this to official 1xbit here by message to look in to if they answer me. For any update I will write here again.
If that 5 usd are problem, then give me back my 560 usd back to me, why to take my money, my deposits? Doesnt have reason for it

It is rather unfortunate that many will continue to fall prey to this scammers, even with all the warnings around, and one of the major reasons being that many of us don't read, how then are we supposed to be informed if we don't read, everything that has to do with the internet involves reading, if you use the internet and don't form the habit of reading, then there is a high chance that you will not only loose opportunities, but you will also loose vital information as well as money in the process.

For us to always be safe in this space, it is very important for us to learn to do our own research, which invloves reading.

If you have taken over the platform and the management has been changed, you should have access to their previous bitcointalk account, which has a bunch of negative feedback. If the management actually wants to clear things up, remove all the accusations, and pay the customers that lost money in scams, they should come up with the old account.

Creating a brand new account and claiming to be the new management who wants to pay the accusers for the money they've lost doesn't sound like something very legit to me. But I hope that it's true for the sake of those who lost their money, not for the platform itself.

I think what newbies should do is to first take the time to visit various on forum reviews of casinos before depositing and placing bets on them, if this member have taken the time to make an inquiry he would have avoided getting scammed.
Sorry ops but the money is gone and the team will not do anything to resolve your issues because your account was blocked intentionally since they already know there will not pay your winning, So just move on and avoid this casino for life.

What about before? Are those scam accusations were resolved? Or are there no complaints about them that time but they just hand out to a new owner. If that is, then that new owner must be the problem but its hard to believe that someone will buy an existing casino that has lots of unresolved problems but maybe the casino has been offered to them at a cheap price because the owner have gave up already and they can not get new costumers to be scammed.

If it was me, I think I'd better start on scratch as that will still be cheaper and I will be able to focus easily on how to improve it than by fixing the existing mess which will just delay me.

Wow, this thread has turned into a real circus! It seems like there's some shady stuff going on behind the scenes. And seriously, what's the point of defending a casino's non-existent reputation? It's pretty pathetic to keep messing with people's mental health.

Personally, I'm skeptical that the OP actually has any real control over the 1xbit domains. And even if they do, there's really no way for us to verify whether or not the casino is truly under new management. Unfortunately, it seems like we're stuck in the same cycle as a few years ago - the casino makes promises, but in the end, it all turns out to be the same old scammers trying to take advantage of people.

I always knew that nothing good can ever come out of 1xbit casino of all for the scam done over the past years worth millions of dollars. Also changing the domain name does not mean that they are clean and trustable now. I would suggest them to pay back all the money which they have scammed till now and only then we may be able to trust them. Also, i do not understand the reason for changing the domain name.
