This is the very first thing that came to my mind when I read the post of the OP, if this was another casino and I saw they were really trying to help the people that have been scammed then I could assume their story is true, but this is the second time the 1xbit casino has supposedly changed hands and they are trying to restore their reputation, and yet not only they did not changed their ways but many more people got scammed, so it is important no one falls for this as this is a tactic they tried before.

I don't know if you are a group or just one person taking over 1xbit, but I very much want to know how possible it is that you are going to settle each and every one that have been scammed by 1xbit, this is gonna cost you a lot of money, and even if you manage to settle everyone on this forum and outside this forum, do you think you guys can ever win back the trust of the gambling community?
Because for me, I don't think i would ever trust this casino again, not after all the atrocities they committed.
Just my thought though.

Write me a message with username and what amount you have been disadvantaged. Then I will reimburse all amounts from our wallet and all victims will be compensated.

This is another failed attempt and the ops have gone offline since he posted this thread, and that shows how shady this whole thing looks, 1xbit is already a known scam and at that whatever comes from them should be avoided likewise I will like to warn everyone to avoid this thread.

-Don't trust the ops with your detail even though he request them through pm, scammers always accused other scammers until their end up scamming.

-So this is a scam attempt and I am sure the account will be red tag very soon to warn others from falling victim.

I guess having a few threads about 1xbit solving scam cases will make them reputable in thier own eyes. They ignored thee users who got unresolved cases in the old thread but now a new one.

It takes years to acquire credibility though. There have been a few casinos that already gave up because of unsolve scams that ruined thier reputation. 1xbit has money for this campaign though.

This is coming too late in the case it is true that the scam casino has taken up by another management. Of course bettors who suffered scam from 1xbit have moved on and probably deleted their proves after they denied not scamming people. Your post is now a prove that they were scamming innocent people and nobody will immediately believe your claim that it is now genuine from what it was known for. Unfortunately, people will choose to keep playing at the casinos they are now having guarantee of being paid.

I once found a thread about customer loss reports, but only some of the loss reports were responded to but I don't know if they were genuine reports from customers or manipulation to restore their casino's reputation.

Even though they have responded never replaced the previous management but that reason won't change anything, if they want to clean their reputation then recover all the losses from customers without exception.

 I played only one game before 1 hour ended. They call me that I knew the result and it was not updated. It's a shame what they're doing. I am now taking legal action on this. It is not possible for people to lie like this. I waited for the set to finish for 1 hour. I bet when it was 1:1 and I bet Thiago Monteiro to win that set. And in the end I made a withdrawal, and at that point they made the match a refund and told me that I knew the result. 1 HOUR BEFORE THE COMPETITION ENDS. Shame on them.

This is a sign of disrespect. It is illegal and this bet shoud be settet as WIN and you need to give me my winnings money on this single game. I watched game in livestream and waited to finish. I placed it 1 hour before it finished.

I believe most members of the forum already know this kind of attempt claims and if ops have taken over the management of the 1xbit casino which is doubt true, he should come out with more evidence that supports his claims, and as long as the casino has an ANN in this board it shows how suspicious this attempt is.
So I advise everyone not to take the ops seriously because he lacks every right of the claim even though he is going to get red tagged anyways.

I also hope.that people learn from the past and why not just ignore them till they're ready to do the right thing.
We've seen some other persons still turn up with same claims and ended up even doing worst than what the previous ones did.
Rather than claim to be able to solve the complains that comes to you when you guys know it was done deliberately, why not just apologize for the old scams since you're a new administration and try to correct the old wrongs by not getting involved with criminal acts.
I truly hope this post or return doesn't cause more harm then good.

Probably they are trying to use the old 1xbit domain to redirect old users to the new domain as a sign that the casino is under the so called new management. They probably knew how damaged the 1xbit brand which they want to change the domain.

In regards with this matter. I just recently browse 1xbit and login my account. I can still access it right now and not redirecting on 1xbit1.com. I smell something fishy because both website are functional and it looks like this user is trying to fish 1xbit user to login credentials on new website.

There’s a high possibility that the new website is a scam scam because 1xbit is already scam while the new casino is scam too.

What do you exactly meant with this?
Because even though we are not admins, why can we still access the domain? Does it mean that the registration is still open but after they activated the account they will be redirected to your new domain?

Apart from that, is it really necessary to change your name? Why can't you solve it with the current one? Also, can you prove that you're a legitimate staff of them?

I sent email to securty 1xbit, i contacted on livechat, i sent you message here on bitcointalk forum private and you are not back to me.
I you have not returned back my deposits and just close my account. Whats wrong?

I have made account on 1xbit1.com and deposit 4 times in crypto in total 560 usd. I have betting  on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about  this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence  screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Anyway my account is 464610259 and I will send this to official 1xbit here by message to look in to if they answer me. For any update I will write here again.
If that 5 usd are problem, then give me back my 560 usd back to me, why to take my money, my deposits? Doesnt have reason for it

Finally, after some time, there is a representative from 1xbit who intends to help solve all the cases. This is a good time for all victims who have had problems to immediately send a PM or message to @OP so they can help solve the case.

And it looks like you need a lot of time to solve the many cases that happened to your members. Hopefully, this is a good intention from the company to resolve all cases so that no one else has problems. Good job @OP.

After spending a good amount of money on the signature campaign 1xbit realized that they cannot overturn the mindset of the Bitcointalk community! Now they come up with a new strategy. In the end, I would request the community to not fall for this trap. A new management means a new way to scam innocent gamblers. I am not a pro nor I am into gambling but I did do my due research before replying to this thread. This might be harsh but "Once a scammer will always remain a scammer" no matter how hard they try to convince you they are not!

This is probably another attempt to scam people, and I advise no one should pm this user a brand new account claiming to have bought a scam casino, I wonder what for, and instead of risking such money I think is better to have developed a clean casino from scratch as suggested.
If anyone has complaints about 1xbits it is better to make a new thread as a reputation to put forward the complaint, don't pm a newbie it could lead to a possible scam.
