I sent email and they said to me they stop coollaboration with me and not allow me to login and get back to me my deposited money. I have 500 usdt on my account around and i dont know why they not give me back my deposit money. WHy stealing my deposits?

Yes that's a newbie account with only two posts.  1xbit can open such an account themselves, post to have resolved an issue and pretend that that cases are being solved at 1xbit. Unless he had shown some proofs, no one need to believe him.

I'm not sure if this account is a legit case? or an account being created just to pretend having issue and then pretend to be solved case, he did not even bring any proofs of how the problem happens and resolved , and it is impossible that he does not received same answers from all of the true victim here and the reason for banning is their security find his account cheating  lol.

Yes, that's indeed good to know that this account is banned but I don't think it would have been banned because it had the 1xbit signature. I wished all the accounts promoting 1xbit should be banned.

So what do you expect 1xbit to do when people try to scam and steal money? There are an awful lot of stories of gamblers using paid streaming services so that they can see who makes the next point or even the next 2 points in a table tennis match, gaining a huge and unfair advantage. These players are out to cheat and get free money, I think it's good that bookmakers like 1xbit take a hard line to make sure these cheaters disappear from the industry.

Because this site is a clear scam. You should do your research before depositing money. 1xBet has already been accused of several active scams. Account lock, deposit/withdrawal issue is a common method of scammers.

I checked all the screenshots that you shared which proves your claims effectively. Sad that they aren't willing to allow you to withdraw funds lower than the amount that you deposited, but it's just how they operate.

I don't think they will release your funds unless they have a change of heart which happens rarely. Also, open a scam accusation thread against them in this forum.

If what you say is true it is unfortunate you did not apply due-diligence before you got involved with the 1xbit scammers. I have not looked at your actual claim or even the image links at the moment but will try to look at them later but for now it was important to have the images of their flag and trust available for others to see.

I do not know where to start with my problem on 1xbit and asking for help here on bitcointalk forum
I made a $ 760 deposit on my account 377087449 in crypto, and started playing. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account.
I urgently needed money to withdraw and I made a withdrawal. But the horror started when I squeezed to withdraw the money.
They were logged out of my account, and I could not log in with my username or email and password.

Then I contacted livechat, and they instructed me to send an email to security of 1xbit. I sent an email with my problem and with my proof that I have an account with pictures. After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail.

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? All informations I sent to security and support and they don't wanat to help me. I asking just to withdraw my 730 usdt, it is smallest than my deposit of money. Not all review sites are being paid to write a nice review and maybe the moment the reviewer plays on this site they are lucky to not experience any problems, that's why they can rate the site positive but there must be a better gambling site than this one so they shouldn't come to a conclusion and give this site a 5 star.

Obviously, if your bet had lost, things would have been totally different. They are notorious for selective scamming and for refusing to pay winning bets, falsely claiming that some terms had been violated. Consider yourself lucky this time, and in the future, I recommend you find a reputable casino to play at.

There are many people who are not very active in this forum or they are new to this forum.  All these people invested in 1xbet. Because many gambling  rating site still keep 1xbet on top position with 5 star. that's why people. Because of which many people mistakenly invest in 1xbet. many Lucky people got there withdrawal but unlucky people always get losses

You got really lucky frankly speaking. I thought your money was gone for sure. Most victims never see their money again which is why 1xbit spared you for reasons that only they are aware of.

My advice is to learn from this lesson and never return to this scam site ever again since luck won't always be on your side.
