If you would like your post to be taken seriously by those that are trying to limit the damage created by the 1xbit scammers, would you be kind enough to post evidence?

Can you post screenshots of your account page or any blockchain transactions to prove you sent funds to them or anything to show you even have an account with them?

Hello,

A Bitcointalk post is not an official complaint route, but if you think this is the only solution then I think a more appropriate place to post such a complaint is in this thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/1xbitcom-coming-back-to-bitcointalk-solving-all-the-issues-5266815

Alternatively, write a private message directly to 1xbit_official - https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/1xbitofficial-2835882

Yes it is part and parcel of the situation when money is at stake, there will always be scammers out there trying to scam other scammers. In this case, scammers trying their luck in the forum with fabricated claims in the hope getting some payout after 1xbit are pressured but 1xbit forum representatives have never done anything because of community pressure.

As you said... trash does attract mosquitoes  Cheesy

It seems a small number of users making allegations against 1xbit are probably trolls, attention seekers and those that are looking for a payout therefore each allegation should be judged on an individual basis. If I am not shown any verifiable evidence 1xbit scammed a user then I will not back their claim.
Understandable. I did observe many scammers try to take advantage of 1xbit which honestly makes a lot of sense since trash does attract many mosquitoes.

Some of them even share fake proof in order to make it look like they legitimately got scammed by 1xbit. Sad thing is that many legit victims appeals are being buried under these fake scams which is absolutely messed up.

You have probably violated the terms and conditions of the 1xbit site. I really can't imagine anything else. This site has had major problems in the past from players who have broken the rules and who have deliberately tried to abuse 1xbit's API. I think it's a really good idea if you post a screenshot of your 1xbit betting summary so we can assess what might be going on. And I'm sure the 1xbit representative will respond as well.
On what sports did you place your bets?

I wish I can show you anything but I can't login to my account so it's impossible for now. I played some casino and some sports betting. My last bets were 4 doubles from UFC, all stakes 200-220 USDT. Some other bets were some u20 basketball etc. Nothing else. I really don't know how could I break anything by doing it? And I was profitable customer for them since I have deposited $5000 and had $3900 or sum when site logged me out. How would you name it but robbery? I just want my money back that I have at my account. Incredible. I am shaking hard from nerves now, don't know what to do, their support can't or don't want to help and security team is ignoring me.

how did you find this scam site? Did you at least take the time to research this casino before creating an account and making deposits? as much as it pains me to have to say this (because I imagine it must be very painful for you this whole situation that you are seeing money withheld in this casino scam) but I have to say: in this casino scam, when these damn thieves block and steal people's money they never give it back. You can spend years posting complaints on this thread but these scammers will ignore you and will never pay you. these scammers have no shame and fear. just forget about your money and look for other reliable casinos next time you want to play and see your money safe

1xbit blocks players account if that player is in profit. When 1xbit blocks the user's account, then the user does not have access to the account, then how can the user take a screenshot of his account? You may try to defend 1xbit by making excuses like this but you won't improve 1xbit's reputation.

Because the way they are scamming their customers, customers have no way to reactivate their account. This is the reality and this is how the 1xbit team continues to operate.

FAQ

Hello. I have experienced something that never happened in my betting life. I deposited $5000 to 1xbit, lost some there, then started to win some and when site logged me out I had $3111 and $745 in unsettled bets. USDT currency obviously. So operator told me to write to their security team which obviously I did and they came back with this:

Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

And now I still cannot login. So. My account is around -1k $ on minus, I have my money there around $4k and yet still I cannot login. Is this robbery or what?! They found something that I violated, I don't know what but ok, let me withdraw money I have at my account!! I don't know how to name this. My account number is 449309081, please help me 1xbit support, I just want my money back, its not even any winnings, is my deposited money. Waiting for help. Regards

Thank you... we all try in our own ways to contribute to the forum  Grin

I think posting and re-posting their flags and negative trust is the least we can do because every day newbies are signing up to register in the forum and they are being exposed to scam after scam and eventually they will fall victim to one.

I concur, many newbies could have avoided becoming victims if they have read the threads or had simply carried out due-diligence beforehand. Having said that I do not accept every scam allegation against the 1xbit scammers is genuine.

It seems a small number of users making allegations against 1xbit are probably trolls, attention seekers and those that are looking for a payout therefore each allegation should be judged on an individual basis. If I am not shown any verifiable evidence 1xbit scammed a user then I will not back their claim.

All are advised again to keep well away from the 1xbit scammers others you will probably end up getting scammed sooner or later.
The manner in which you keep sharing 1xbit's negative trust ratings repeatedly is truly praiseworthy. Their negative trust ratings deserves a separate thread by itself at this point since they just keep rising in number as time passes.

Newbies who keep posting about their cases could have avoided becoming victims by simply checking this particular thread in this forum.

This thread deserves to have the images above posted at least once in every page in order to highlight the potential pitfalls and dangers to any potential victim. It is of no surprise the reason why the 1xbit scammers are continuing their operations is because they are obviously having success while doing it.

it seems there have been lots of occurrences with accounts being closed, and then 1xbit not replying to emails, not even returning deposited amount.
There have been so many such case in the forum here alone, imagine the complaints out there in other forums, blogs etc. not forgetting users who don't post scam accusations in forums. Countless!

It's their mode of operation so that you only play with their casino to lose. Once you win, they will look for a reason to look up your account and if you are lucky you will just get the deposit back.

Yeah. In my opinion, they should have resolved all or at least most of the scam accusations against them by now if 1xbit is actually a legit site that doesn't scam its customers. But, unfortunately, they seem like they have no intention of ever doing that.

If you have already sent funds to the 1XBit website and have any winnings in the account balance, you should try to get your money out as soon as possible. We have received many reports of accounts being frozen, some even after receiving at least some of the funds, and the result is the same for everyone - after a couple of generic canned replies, 1xbit stops responding to inquiries, even after contacting their support directly. So you have to use this chance to get out as soon as possible.

Is the refund only for active accounts that have reported about 1xbit on the BTT forum, I agree that they have set up a refund strategy for random users to look legitimate in the gambling community of this forum.
They randomly return funds to accounts irrespective of whether they are active or not. Some of these accounts are actually their own team members working behind the curtain to help their site out which is a smart strategy.

hi guys,
My account has been closed (no reason),when I  sent email to security I do not get a reply.
You need to share proof regarding your issue in this thread or in the scam accusation thread in order to prove your claims.

We solve them in the manner of privacy for both a house and a player, which means players can be sure their data is private.
That's not the thing that only 1xBit does, but the other companies too.
It is good to hear that you are care about your customers/users. By considering that would you like to solve all the scam accusations which has been posted on the forum so that we can really know that you are too much careful about the user of your gambling site.

You are clearly one of the lucky ones since 1xbit do actually return some player funds randomly in order to make themselves look legit in order to scam more gamblers later on which has basically been their modus operandi from a long time.
Is the refund only for active accounts that have reported about 1xbit on the BTT forum, I agree that they have set up a refund strategy for random users to look legitimate in the gambling community of this forum. Whatever efforts are made to improve its reputation despite allocating funds for a signature campaign with participant (redtrust) capacity to promote 1xbit in every gambling thread.
